So many wonderful things to share about my stay! First and foremost, Eduardo could not have been more pleasant, attentive, or more helpful. With my flight delayed to where the grocery stores would be closed upon my arrival, Eduardo was kind enough to pick up some necessary food items for me that were in my room when I arrived. The room was clean, it was great to have a mini kitchen where I was able to store food items and cook some meals. The bed was so comfy. The grounds are beautiful. It was a little challenging finding it at night after a long day of travels. And it took me a little time to figure out how to get the key out of the box, tired, and in the dark, and there was a good sized hill going up to my room, but it was worth thy effort to get my bags up the hill...Eduardo reserved a very nice and private room for me. I felt safe even though I was a solo female traveler. There was charm in hearing a rooster in the morning; I felt like I was in the countryside, along with the beautiful and we'll maintained foliage that felt very private once on the property. The view from the common area above the rooms was amazing. Value for the price - absolutely!!

I can't say there was anything I didn't like although I'll note that only 2 vehicles can park inside the property at a time, so you may have to park on the street.

We rented two villas for our family of adult children and spouses. Eduardo was a lovely host with recommendations of local fish restaurants and hikes, The property was thoughtfully developed so each villa felt private. The common area of pool, gazebo and outdoor seating was up high on the property overlooking the water and mountains. Our family spent many evenings up there talking over wine and cheese, and watching the sunsets. Perfect spot for a group vacation. Would highly, highly recommend.

Location is perfect! Nice and cozy with 2 other villas and it has everything you need. The garden is beautifull and the view at the pool amazing. Eduardo and his staff where so helpful and nice and gave all the tips. Eduardo was also very reactive to anything via whatsapp. Honestly felt super safe as a single female traveler. The entire island is easy to reach from this location. Highly reccomend staying here!

Nothing to be honest! I have seen feedback on parking but I had an SUV that did not fit on the parking inside and parked it in the lot 1 min from the property and it was free and safe.

Really nice apartment in the center of town. It's situated in a beautiful garden and there is a really nice area upstairs with a swimmingpool and great views of the city. A big supermarket is very near and the kitchen has everything you need, oven, microwave etc. The host is very friendly and respons very fast on the app if you need something. I would definitely recommend this place.

The bed has a really soft matrass and is not very big. We prefer a king size bed, but most people will find it okay I suppose. There is some mold in the apartment, but it's almost impossible not to have it in this kind of climate. So don't let this be a reason not to book here, because it's a great place.

Great location! In the middle of the city, easy to reach restaurants, supermarkets and the beach by foot. Perfect get away with little private garden area and hammock in front of the unity. Community area with pool, children’s playground area, bbq and washing machine and last but not least - amazing views!! Nice and very helpful host

Very quiet and private place with a beautiful garden and a shared terrace overlooking the town. Villa had all the amenities to prepare food and location has been very convenient. The host has been very helpful as well :)

Our stay was wonderful 😊. The Villa was spacious, clean, the garden and the terrace were amazing. The host was very friendly and gave us a lot of tips for the Island. We will come back one day - thx for everthing!

The location of the property is amazing! From the pictures, we thought we might be further out of town, so when the gps took us right to the center we were confused. It wasn’t until we went through the gate into the beautiful orchard that we appreciated both the convenience and natural beauty of the location. The villa was private, clean and well appointed. Each villa has its own space with flowers and trees that makes for a relaxing view. We enjoyed sitting in the common space overlooking the property with beautiful views of the mountains and town. The location in town is very convenient to explore the town, the beach, shops and restaurants. Eduardo was a wonderful host and gave great recommendations for hikes, food, etc! He was responsive to messages and made us feel welcome. Overall a great stay and I’d love to return sometime!

What a gem! We really enjoyed our stay in Quinta das Rosas. The location is perfect, the apartment has everything you need and Eduardo is a great host who gave us a lot of helpful tips and restaurant recommendations. Baby bed and high chair was provided and much appreciated. We really liked having a cup of coffee on roof top terrace in the morning. I would consider coming back and renting all three villas for the extended family.

Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell from the drain at some point. Assuming this was a temporary thing.

It's quiet yet accessible to everything. This is the second time we stayed here and it was as enjoyable as the first time. We love the terrace up top and enjoyed the view from the enclosed gazebo even during a windy rain storm.

Nothing.... highly recommend
