The property was clean and tidy and well equipped. It would be great if salt, pepper, sugar and cooking oil were provided but otherwise we were very happy with the property. The kitchen had a toaster, kettle, oven, hob, microwave and mini dishwasher which was absolutely brilliant! The bed was very comfortable and we liked having a tv both in the bedroom and the living area. The shower wasn’t very powerful but the bathroom was large and we had fresh towels and robes when requested.

The TV in the living room was quite small and we could not get the safe to work. The floor was quite dirty and we saw a couple of dead cockroaches in the gym area.

The Quinta exceeded my expectations, the pictures of the rooms were very nice but it still is much better when you see them in person. The rooms are very spacious and have a full kitchen. The Senhora who showed us to our rooms was very welcoming and friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We went for lunch at the restaurant that is located in the premises and the food was very good. I recommend this location for everyone, especially if you are going with a family or a big group, every one of my kids had their own little place with their family, but yet we were near each other to get together in the evening if we so chose. The grandchildren also loved the pool, and the cute little dog Princessa. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartments are beautiful—comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. There's even a dishwasher in the kitchen, and you can do your laundry at no extra cost! Each apartment also comes with a drying rack. Our whole family enjoyed all the facilities: the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, turkish baths, and barbecue area! There’s also a large shopping center just 2 minutes away from the apartments! It was a wonderful stay, and I would 100% recommend it. Jorge, the person who welcomed us, was very kind and attentive.

The setting is beautiful, peaceful & quiet. We slept very well. There is a large supermarket a 10 minute walk away. The pool & hot tub is much needed in the summer heat & the perfect place to relax . We were very grateful to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment (I had booked 1 bedroom). The air con worked well & the kitchen had everything you need. We loved the dog. Ponta Delgada is a gorgeous city & the Lagoa natural pools are amazing- 6 euros to get in for a family of 4.

Although it says on Booking.com that an airport transfer is included, it is not. A taxi from the airport is 20 euros. It also says breakfast can be ordered the day before - it can’t be, they don’t serve breakfast. We didn’t sample the restaurant as it was busy with a wedding on the Sunday & closed on the Monday so we didn’t get a chance. You just hire a car, getting a taxi is virtually impossible locally! We got told off for letting the dog out from the pool area but it wasn’t us. A member of staff kept leaving another gate open which the dog escapes through given the opportunity! There is very little info about local services & places to visit.

An amazing location, beautiful grounds, the pods are private and clean and comfortable, the owner is no nice and helpful, he also responds really quickly to any questions, very warm and welcoming atmosphere, there is a gym and a sauna, laundry on site, a pool, so much to see and do, it’s close to the city but very quiet with beautiful gardens. The private pods are like having your own small apartment, they put a bed in the living room for my daughter (very thoughtful and appreciated), the kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances and dishes, it would be very easy to prepare meals, the bathroom is large and the master bedroom has a very big comfy bed. We are very impressed and can’t wait to come back!

Very nice location. Spacious room. The staff made up the room and kept it clean every day. Sufficient parking places and there is also a nice restaurant in the premises with very good food. Owner was friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to visit. There is a pool and sauna with extra towels provided.

The sliding door to the bathroom did not close properly, so could have been better.

Perfectly located, the flat was very comfortable and greatly equipped. You can cook, enjoy a nice dinner outside on the little terrace and chill at the swimming pool. All the comfort you need to enjoy your stay on the island.

Cozy place roughly in the middle of the island. You get your own small cottage with a kitchen. Location is quiet, the place itself is very neat and clean, nothing to complain about

Great apartment. We had probably one of the best apartments with lots of private outdoor space and privacy. Kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Spacious studio, comfortable bed. Perfect location to explore the island by car.

Sauna didn’t seem to work when we tried it.
