The room was large and simply furnished with an ensuite bathroom. The breakfast was generous and the staff very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The shower wasn’t very warm initially, but I mentioned it and they turned on another boiler, then was nice and warm😃

The apartment was clean, spacious, and the air conditioning was helpful. The breakfast was rich and good. The communication with the staff was very good and smooth; we received all and clear information about access to the room. I appreciated the support when we needed to start the breakfast a bit earlier, and it was no problem (the closeness to the airport is practical in case of an early flight). The parking place just in front of the apartment was comfortable. Lagoa also has a nice and close beach where we spent the evenings, and the other beach in the neighboring village was ideal - huge waves and lovely restaurants.

The bed was very comfrotable, the room was well equipped, with a big wardrobe. The breakfasts were not very diverse but more than enough for us, we enjoyed them. The parking is spacious, the hotel is palace-like so it adds to its charm. It's not close to the center or major walking paths but it's pretty close to the coast and a new coastal trail.

The room was humid so the wet towels from the day before would still be moisty the next day. The hotel suggests the option not to have towels exchanged daily but every two days instead, and I would be all up for it if it wasn't for the fact but nothing dries in the room. The bathroom didn't look very clean, it may also be caused by the humidity issue.

The property is in a great location. 15 minutes by car from the airport and near the intersection of the highway for the north-south and east-west. Lots of free parking spaces in front of the property. We got two rooms. Both were spacious and clean. Rooms are cleaned daily. There is a slight problem with humidity in the rooms but considering we are near the ocean I wouldn’t consider it outrageous. The A/C in the room can be set to dehumidify. Staff is also nice and helpful.

There could be more options for breakfast.

Everything super clean, spacious room and best location to move around the island. Amazing value for the price.

I would perhaps add a small fridge in the room, but you can use the fridge in the common kitchen so no problem at all.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The place is in a town close to Ponta Delgada, and perfect for reaching all parts of the island by car. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance. The parking area available is a bonus.

Breakfast could be better

The room was clean and very spacious. The staff was nice and always happy to help and answer all types of questions. The parking spots in front of the hotel were very convenient and the breakfast was a great start to every day.

The checkin was requested to be until 15:00 on Tuesday, but when we arrived earlier that 15:00 the staff said to return after 15:00. Only after showing the messages sent by the hotel was the check-in done.

The hotel is very well located with its own parking area. The room was huge and comfortable, with a large bathroom, and a courtyard with a nice sitting area and a bit of a sea view. Everyone was very nice and everything was extremely clean.
