It is an apartments hotel. We are a couple, and had a T1 apt, which is the smallest. It is quite large. It has a spacious leaving room with fully equipped kitchenet. The bathroom facilities were brand new and functioned well. The bed room is also very spacious and cosy. The bed very comfortable. There is a good a A/C. The WIFI is super strong and stable. The stuff, either in the reception or cleaning are very polite and helpful. The WIFI super strong and stable. They have also a wet room (sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) which is a nice place to relax at the end of the day, and is opened until 10:30 pm. The hotel is from one hand 20 minutes drive from ponta delgada, and from the other hand 30 minutes drive from sete cidades and the lakes

-View from the apartments was amazing. -Staff was helpful and friendly. -Rooms were very quiet. We never heard any of the other guests when we were in our apartment. -Ample parking on premises. -Central location on the island meant it was not such a long drive to reach any of the main attractions on the island.

-Biggest downside was that the location was in a rather non-touristy area, and there were very few options for eating at restaurants. Within walking distance, there was just a take-away pizza place. You had to drive to reach anything else (~15-20 minutes). -Pool was rather cold for my liking, but some people were fine swimming in it.

Very nice residence with few apartments, a beautiful garden with pool and the sound of the powerful ocean in the background. The staff has been more than amazing, always available for any need. Let me thank especially Suzanna and Hugo for making hour holiday time special. We will be back again for sure!

Very few little details like having a shared washing machine and a little better sofa bed.

Everything was really beyond our expectations. The staff was really helpful, everything was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The cleaning was superb as well, they cleaned our apartment every few days like they would for the next person. We had plenty of parking spots too, and the private sauna was truly enjoyable!

I can not think of anything negative, maybe a nice addition would be to have a drying rack in the apartment.

Great stay in Sao Miguel, Azores The property is very well equipped, the apartment is large overlooking the sea from one side and the garden from the other side. Internet speed was great too. Overall area is very beautiful We recommend to enjoy the products from the bakery for the breakfast, they are very fresh and tasty. We would love to come back. Sunsets and sunrises from here are fabulous.

The facilities were great! The apartment was well equipped, we had everything we need to cook our meals. The staff was super nice and always available to help. Since we were traveling with kids, the game room, mini-golf and swimming pool were a big hit. We were in a lovely, quiet location. Overall, we had a really nice stay.

More a suggestion, the sofa mattress might need to be renewed.

The view was magnificent and the apartment was nicely furnished and spacious.The staff was very friendly. Quiet area except for roosters and dogs barking which is totally normal in PT.

Bed was too hard. All else was great.

This was an amazing place and I'm so sad we didn't stay longer. The room was amazing and large. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The pool looked amazing but we didn't get to go inside. Great wifi (even took video calls) great air conditioning, and lots of parking. We were close to the town and beach. Staff was very nice!

wish bathrobes and beach towels were readily available in the apartment vs having to go to reception to request them - especially bathrobes. well equipped kitchen in the apartment, as advertised, so it felt unnecessary and distrustful to have a very detailed price list of each item set out in plain sight upon arrival in the apartment.

They were very accommodating for our early arrival. Had some items for sale at the reception, especially large bottles of water. Nice heated pool.

Hard to get out of the pool, no ladder or hand rail for oldies like me
