Clean house, possibility to use the kitchen, self check in, dogs allowed, good position. Overall a good experience

I booked for two different periods and tried two different rooms. The first room was with private bathroom but it was not clear to me from the text on Booking that it was outside the bedroom. I think this should be better clarified. The second room was with shared bathroom and this was often busy in the morning and in the evening as it is shared among the guests of 3 double bedrooms and of course all of them had to take showers and use the toilet in the same time slots. I would suggest to make each of the two bathrooms shared between two bedrooms only (max 4 people).

We stayed for just one night, but the accommodation fully met our expectations. We received clear check-in and check-out instructions from the host. Good value for money. Clean. The room was fairly quiet, with windows facing an inner courtyard. The bathroom is shared between three rooms — I was worried there might be a line to use the shower, but it wasn't a problem at all.

There was an issue with parking — it took us a long time to find a spot near the building.

Lovely place - you’re basically sharing a house with 3 other rooms so large kitchen, living area and little enclosed courtyard. Not is centre of town but a fairly short walk to get there. All the info needed to access property is given. Clean and comfortable.

If you pay for room with private bathroom, you get a key to a dedicated bathroom which is across the landing rather than en-suite. If you’re lucky with quiet people in other rooms, it’s all good. Wooden staircases, creaking door handles and banging doors can echo a bit when people come in and out.

The room was big and comfortable, it had a space for clothes and a big bed. It was even better than in the picture. The kitchen was nice and had all the equipment that you need, including a big fridge and oven. From the kitchen you can step onto cute private terrace. There is also a living room with couch where you can watch TV. There is bathroom in every floor. Also, all the rooms were really clean and during our stay, the cleaning lady cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen, and brought some fresh towels and wipes. The location was 10min from the airport and in the area there is a lot of caffes and stores. There is one coffee shop right outside the door. Also, the landlord was really helpful, always available. He answers all the questions and he sent us some recommendations about activities in Azores.

There is no parking space, but you can get one in the nearest streets or infront of school.

Very nice and cosy place in a great location. The included breakfast had various options. There were several rooms in the house, so there were definitely enough bathrooms. The house was cleaned perfectly daily. Everything was in really good condition. The owner of the place was in touch with us all the time and had recommendations for visits, etc.

I think the price was very good. The facilities were always clean and in good condition. I also appreciate the smooth self check-in.

The only thing I would like to get better is some kind of better isolation in/and between the rooms and that the doors squeaks less. It was very perceptively in the accommodation and I sometimes woke up in the middle of the night just because someone was on the toilet.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotless and well-equipped. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed. We felt truly at home and can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay.

The house and room were very picturesque. The staff was nice and helpful. Finally, the location was just great, with no problems parking the car.

At 5 a.m. I woke with the noise from the couple nearby, when they were leaving the house. Although the responsibility lies with the lack of civility of these people, the bedroom doors could be better to minimize noise.

It is a nice and clean house. Individuel rooms are good and clean. You must be aware that you share the facilities with other people. Everything is kept in good condition. You need a code to enter. Polite owner.

A bit of a challenge to reach owner for the entrance code. Did not get it before I was standing outside the door.

It was a comfortable, clean room and communal areas. I barely saw anyone there. It is an easy walk into Ponta Delgada and right next door to a beautiful park. For a short stay alone, it was perfectly fine.

It is a little noisy by the main road but the traffic reduces into the evening.
