The hotel was really well placed in the centre of Ponta Delgada close to restaurants, bars and just a short walk from our whale watching trips. The stylush hotel seating area was great for breakfast and for sitting with a coffee or a drink after a day out. The bedroom was a good size and we appreciated having a table and two chairs in the room. While it was not warm enough to use the pool suring our stay, the pool area looked lovely.

Personally, I didn't find the pillows on the bed very comfotable.

Everything was beyond our expectations! The service from the hotel staff exceptional! Our Double Room was really spacious and welcoming! We check in at Xmas day and a free Xmas cake was waiting for us! The breakfast adequate and tasty. The hotel bar/cafe is at a central spot of the town with low prices. The hotel parking really helps. The location couldn't be more central. We check out at 04.30 and a huge breakfast bag was waiting for us. Last but not least ... the room prices were really value for money!!!

Really great hotel as a base in the city. Amazing location for walking in town, easy to find, free parking attached, great showers. The room was comfortable and clean with good storage and really nice shower. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Perfect to come back to sleep if you plan on spending days outside of a hotel. Would definitely return for a stay.

Only downside to our room was the lavatory room door was glass (not clear) but didn't go all the way to the ceiling. Beautiful design but not ideal if traveling with another person (as a personal preference).

This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Ponta Delgada. The rooms and beds were very comfortable, the bar/lobby area a nice place to sit and have a coffee or mojito. The staff very friendly. There is also a pool and loungers outside, but we didn't make use of them. Breakfast was good. We couldn't work out how to drive up to the hotel initially since it is on a street that appears to be a pedestrian zone with cafe tables on it etc. In fact you can drive down from the street above and there is underground parking which we used on the last day. It is tight access though so most of the time we parked nearby on a street (which is free over the weekend until 8am Mon).

The hotel is very nice. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, really close to good restaurants and all the main sights in Ponta Delgada are walking distance. The hotel also has a bar that sells drinks at a good price, which makes for a good chill evening. The staff was super friendly, especially Sofia from the front desk who made sure we had a really good stay.

The complimentary breakfast was lovely. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We loved the room and amenities. The garage was a lifesaver in a busy city with tricky parking options.

The beds were a little firm but otherwise the furnishings, amenities, and space were outstanding for a boutique hotel in Europe.

We went for a studio room with kitchenette. It was at the rear of the property, so quiet. It was spacious. We had free parking under the hotel. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was good, but the fruit juice was very watered down.

The garage and parking space is tight, but there and useable. Other than that, the fruit juice was strange.

Hotel staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Location was excellent and ideal for exploring the different areas of Ponta Delgada. Room size was fantastic and kitchen area reasonably well equipped. Room always cleaned brilliantly and regularly.

Pool area often had pigeon mess and the pool didn’t appear that clean. Breakfast was good but it might have been nice to have had a bit more variation.

The hotel is a central location - you can walk to the main attractions in the city as well as to the harbor and you have plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The rooms were big, very clean, and comfortable. . . Overall a really nice place to stay.

Everything was really nice, zero complaints from us. If you have a rental car the hotel also has a garage you can park in - if you are not used to smaller streets or tighter garages it might be intimidating at first. There is also street parking near by so really no stress.

A superb contemporary hotel - great location, super nice, helpful and friendly staff and wonderfully comfortable, spotlessly clean and spacious bedrooms. The use of the underground garage was a bonus, as was the outside pool area which we relaxed in after hiking one day. All in all, we would highly recommend for a stay in Ponta Delgada as your are in the heart of the old part of the city, surrounded by very good restaurants and only 3 minutes stroll to the harbourside. And as are all Azoreans we met, the staff are wonderfully friendly, kind and helpful.

Breakfast was very decent, but could do with a bit more variety from day to day.
