Location in city centre.

Lady at front desk said we can head to our room and just get our passport when we head out later. We said we can wait while she copies the details from our passport. We don’t think it's a good idea to leave without our passport even if just going to our room. It's a general knowledge that passport should be secured at all times. Same lady was not accommodating when we asked about the location of the City Gates & restaurants. We asked for a city/downtown map & she said they don't have it. This is our 4th hotel in Portugal and all front desk staffs were friendly/accommodating & had downtown maps. If the hotel does not provide a map, at least be accommodating & friendly to answer queries.

The staff at this hotel is very polite. The hotel organizes breakfast, but I had an early flight and therefore would not have time for breakfast. But the hotel staff prepared breakfast to take with me the next day. The host also checked in the morning that I was getting into an official taxi. This is incredibly important. The bed and linens were clean and there was air conditioning in the room. Considering the cost for one night - excellent.

The staff were immediately wonderful and so helpful. The room was no-frills, but very clean and comfortable. The location was the best part: only a few blocks from the marina and the town center.

The breakfast was not great, it was pretty basic and had mostly overly sweet things. There was cereal, but no milk. I would've liked some greek yogurt and more fruit options.

Well located hotel, friendly staff who helped us organise a tour, a good breakfast provided. Kept our bags safe whilst we explored. The offering is as advertised.

The parking is tight and it is only available in -3 The facilities are not the most modern, but they are exceptionally clean.

Great localisation of the hotel in Ponta Delgada, we could have the breakfast even earlier than the regular hours to catch our early flight. Big shout out to the team that sent us back the airpods that we forgot in the taxi, thanks again!

The street was quite loud at night, don't know if it was only that night or if there's a bar/club nearby.

A basic 3 star hotel, with friendly staff and clean rooms, no luxury.

You have to be a driver hero to park you car on -3 level in the dark with a few centimeters to spare without scratching it. Bru basic breakfast.

This hotel was perfect! The location is great- just a few minutes from the city center with lots of restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites. The staff was very helpful scheduling taxis and recommending where to eat and shop. The room was clean and well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. All for a great price! Would definitely stay here again for a safe and comfy stay in Ponta Delgada!

For the excellent price this was a very comfortable, clean hotel, but what made it exceptional was the thoughtfulness and attentiveness of the staff. When I had to ask them for help organize a 5 am taxi pickup, they packed my breakfast to take with me.

It was walking distance to the city centre. The staff is very friendly. The lady at reception was so lovely, incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are simple but squeaky clean.
