Nice charming and well-situated hotel with a stylish welcoming interior. We stayed in a Privilege Luxe Double Room, which faced the street but was quiet with the windows closed. The breakfast buffet, while not overly large, offered a good selection of high-quality items. The outdoor pool was spacious, and the spa with its indoor pool was also very pleasant. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The Privilege Luxe Double Room does not come with a proper balcony, only a narrow standing space without any seating, which was somewhat disappointing. In the spa and indoor pool area, swimming caps are mandatory, yet many guests – especially children – did not follow this rule. Also, relaxation was almost impossible because of children making a lot of noise, jumping into the water and splashing the loungers. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving and could not enjoy the spa and indoor facilities at all. To preserve the calm atmosphere of this part of the hotel, it would be much better if the area were designated for adults only.

It is a very new hotel, so everything was well maintained. Good rooms, good bathroom. Good spa facilities and pool. Very good location as well.

Breakfast could have been better. Besides more options and quality as a whole, one day we found bad fruits. The restaurant menu is quite weak as well not really good (only had one dinner there), luckily there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Not exactly the hotel's fault, but they could have better policies. Noisy kids in the interior pool, which is part of the spa, where it is supposed to be relaxing. The sauna and Turkish bath are good, tough.

Room was clean and comfortable Breakfast was of a good variety though missed having no pastel de nata .

I had two bookings one for 2 days and one for a further night . I had already texted the hotel to inform them this and they had assured me we could stay in same room and this would not be a problem . When checking in they initially could not find second booking and then told us we could not pay altogether after the 3 days we had to check out after 2 days and again after a further day . Also every day at about 5.30 a member of staff ( same lady each day ) closed the umbrellas by the pool saying it was too windy . Even though it had been much windier in the daytimes .

The staff is very kind. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel and the room itself is very clean. I would choose this hotel again😀.

The saniteries are good but the installation could have been better. I think it is because the hotel is new and it will be fixed based on the feedbacks. It was the only minor issue during the stay.

Design, quiet rooms and central location. Staff does their best to help and assist. Small but well equipped SPA.

They just opened so they are still some things to work out but nothing that impacted our stay.

The staff was extremely nice, and the hotel is beautiful — brand new and very clean! The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever seen in a hotel!

The air conditioning was always very, very cold in the restaurant/ breakfast area.

The hotel is beautiful and sparkling new. The pool area is really clean, also good got small children. The rooms/ beds are very comfortable. Location is right in town and you can walk everywhere.

The breakfast was okay. Nothing spectacular and only a coffee machine.

The location is very good. Close the everything. Very nice interiors and comfortable beds. The spa is great too. Lovely staff (mostly), great drinks and overall a hot el highly recommendable. Some of us, missed a gym though.

We stayed while attending the Feast of Santo Cristo. The management, staff, hotel accommodations and location were simply excellent. Would absolutely recommend for a truly exceptional experience.

Tho Hotel is really central and the staff is very friendly. The room was super spacious and clean. The breakfast was good.

The windows in the room are not that isolated, and you could hear everything from outside.
