We booked 3 bed in a 10-bed mixed dormitory. On arrival, we got a 4-bed dormitory, quite an upgrade. The staff is very polite and very helpful. The location is excellent, with lots of parking spots nearby. Overall cleanliness of the structure is very good apart from some toilets, mainly the big ones, that were dirty. We were using them either late night or very early morning, far away from cleaning hours, and hostels customers can be dirty. This can't be pinned to hostel staff. Other smaller toilets were far cleaner.

Breakfast had limited options, but had good quantity.

Great hostel - a separate bathroom for men and women, and breakfast included. Room was very comfortable and the space was lovely. It was all clean.

It ended up being a bit noisy at night, which makes me regret that I didn't take some earplugs. Aside from the cockerels, which are part of the charm of the place, some people were very noisy as they got in to the hostel at 4am, banging on walls.

- Breakfast was very basic; - I was working remotely and I think because our room was in the "back" I did not have enough wi-fi signal to work from my computer. Luckaly I had my hotspot which I used, and worked just fine. But be aware in case you do not have that option; - We need to leave your key at the reception every time we leave the premises;

The room was nice and clean, considering it's a hostel even the bathrooms were okay. Great opportunity to meet other travellers. Some nights were tough since there is always someone snoring, but that is expected in a room with 12 people. The location is great, very close to the center and to bus stops if you plan to travel around the island by bus. Friendly staff, we could leave our bags in a locked room before the check-in time.

The common areas are great with couches, tables and TVs. You can also get cheap drinks at the hostel. We never once waited to use the showers or toilets and the bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast was really good but it was the same for every day so if you stay for longer you'll probably grow tired of it at some point like we did. We spent 2 nights there, our first hostel experience. It was much better than expected. Clean rooms, clean toilets, shower cabins too. Breakfast was included, student dorm kind of it, but good value for the money. Kind reception. Great drink/snack prices and a nice garden. You have to buy a locker key (5e) or use yours. Towels are also an extra cost, but overall, cheap for the offer. Beds were comfy. Kind of location with normal guests

Nice breakfast buffet with juices - not the best coffee though, but that's easy to remedy in any cafe. Fantastic building, big rooms, some with ocean view, The hostel is right next to a lovely Botanical Garden. Very helpful staff, 24-hour reception.

Room doors are a bit difficult to open, but that's a minor inconvenience.

The hostel was clean and beds were comfortable. Although it was a bunk bed, they were very stable especially on the second floor. There was included breakfast in the price despite the fact that there was not variety and was same every single morning.

There was problem with the Wifi during whole our stay (I was there for 5 nights). Also, they didn't solve it, so there was not internet connection. Also, they asked for deposit (authorization upon check in). Moreover, the lockers couldn't lock without having padlock but we didn't have any problems about that.

Very clean. 24 hour reception. Snacks and drinks available. The breakfast was simple but very sufficient. Nice common lounge area. About 10 minute walk from the main downtown area, but next to a beautiful botanical garden, open to public. The hostel also has a nice garden where one can sit outside.

No complaints. If you want to lock your valuables, remember to bring a small padlock for the lockers, but I felt pretty safe.
