I had booked a nearby AirBnB that was not as described and needed an emergency place to stay. This place was clean, comfortable and had lovely, helpful staff. This hotel saved my trip! I observed staff emptying the contents of a large book cabinet and clean the inside and organize all the books, the gardens are lovely, the staff was welcoming and kind to me. I was happy with how quiet my room was. A gem!

The breakfast could use more variety, like the eggs served in the metal warmer were cold and the breakfast eggs/bacon were the same every morning. More variety would be nice (pancakes, waffles, French toast, hard boiled eggs). Nice fruit options though. I would have preferred a scalding hot shower

The hotel just opened and it has a very cute magical atmosphere that we really loved! We stayed in the bungalows, they were very clean and they really have everything you need. They provide a middle-sized swimming pool (alas, not heated unfortunately!) and a very nice garden area. The breakfast was amazing, very rich and tasty and with a lot of options to choose from! The receptionist was also very helpful and kind in assisting us and welcoming us.

The location is a bit out of the way and in a rather remote area without many alternatives and things to explore.

It was well located, with a supermarket close by and free parking. Employees were all extremely nice and helpful. Sauna was also a plus. Breakfast was also good and dinner at the hotel was always delicious and affordable.

Parts of the hotel seemed a bit run down. Pool floor was lifting and bathroom in the room has what looked to be a bit of mold. Hammam next to the sauna was not working. I wouldn’t consider it a 4 star hotel, rather a 3 star at most.

Great rooms with all necessary items for a long stay in a beautiful and calm location. Incredible staff, very friendly and helpful, they even surprised us with a fruit basket and bottle of champagne on our anniversary. Would definitely recommend for a couple for a short or long stay.

Because of the garden and nature sometimes their is a lot of noise for maintenance. However, this is not really a big issue when you are in the room because they are well isolated.

About the breakfast – a delight that set the tone for each day of my stay. It was very efficient breakfast full of fresh Island products. The bathrooms were a marvel in themselves. In conclusion, this hotel has undoubtedly set a new standard for excellence in comfort and hospitality. I cannot recommend it highly enough to fellow travelers seeking an exceptional experience. Lovely estate, nice family bungalow, very clean, nice pool and sauna, friendly staff, we didn’t try out the restaurant nor bar but looked nice, daily housekeeping, close to main sites, welcome drink

Steam room wasn’t working, kitchen in bungalow lacked some basic amenities (vegetable peeler, toaster, scissors, good knives), noisy neighbours, outside seating not enough for 4

Lovely hotel (it does have plenty of parking!), nice separate bungalows each with bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen/living room gives lots of space and privacy. Breakfast were simple but surely good enough (made cheese and ham toasties, had scrambled eggs too, there were cereal and fruit salad and pie was delicious; coffee was not from the machine but still far better than in USA hotels). Lovely garden & pool (didn't use it though). Kitchen had all cutlery, pots & pans, fridge, kettle etc for cooking.

Hotel should correct it as on booking.com it is marked that it has no parking - had not booked it just for that, but decided to call and check. If hotel parking is full there's ample parking right across the street (parked in both). Only small issue was that windows and doors are not sealed properly so during heavy rain water leaks on window sills and underneath the door - so it's best to keep your shoes or other stuff a bit further.

on the second night of the stay there was a loud party organized in the basement of the hotel, which is completely not understandable. like it wasn't a wedding or something where the people staying over would rent the space for a celebration but a party with posters open to people from outside, organized underneath the hotel rooms ... does the establishment want to be a hotel or a venue? does the management of the establishment have conflicting ideas ?

Family run business that was very friendly, relaxed, and helpful. They provided beach towels for me to use off the premises and I enjoyed the daily breakfast and botanical garden in the back. Very cozy stay, although the bed was very hard and a bit uncomfortable.

very quaint old convent setting with beautiful gardens and nice dining area and pool. Felt remote but only 15 minutes from airport.

Our room faced the street and there was road noise from car/truck traffic all throughout the night making for a rough night of sleep…suggest you request a room that does not face the street. If we had stayed for more than 1 night we definitely would have requested to be moved. Breakfast and dinner were both decent, although nothing special.
