The price / value ratio is very good at this accomodation, our room was very clean and looked exactly as shown on the photos. The very well equipped kitchen could be used throughout the day. Our host was kind, the self check-in procedure was really straightforward and easy. The airport is only about 5 minutes driving away, and the city center is close as well. Everything is reachable comfortable by car from this location on the island, and there's a bus stop nearby, too.

An air conditioning would really be useful on hotter days, sometimes the room was pretty hot in sunny summer weather outside, and sometimes sleeping with open windows was not easy because of the noise from the outside.

Super clean, spacious, bright and well-equipped room with private bathroom. We spent a great time there.

The only minus is that localization is slightly on the sidelines without any shop or restaurant near by. Getting into the center in the evening using public transport is impossible, finding Bolt or taxi was also very hard. We ended up using car every day.

Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos! One of the rooms really had a lovely view including of the sea. We parked right outside of the house and the city centre was only a 5min drive, perfect for us! A nice and somewhat diverse breakfast was also included. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

The bathroom light is sensor-driven and sometimes in the morning the light didn't turn on, as it was "bright" already... but minor.

The place was very clean and in a great location, close to a big mall with a grocery store, if you need to buy anything. Our host was very nice and helpful and provided us with everything we need. They offer breakfast and if you want to buy some extra food from the store there is a fridge in the kitchen/breakfast room downstairs where you can keep your stuff, along with the other guests. There are plenty of parking spots around the house.

They didn’t have AC, but we were advised to leave the room windows slightly open during the day and with the blinds closed, as there is a lot of humidity. As we were there in September, it was not very hot outside so this didn’t bother us, but in the summer time it might be different.

Wonderful place to stay and so cheap compared to other places around the area. Accommodation was beautifully clean and fresh with leaflets left out and lots of information available in the shared spaces. Room was very clean with minimal noise from other guests and neighbourhood. Good location close to the airport and not far to walk into the main town, about 25-30 minutes. Henrique was delightful and helpful but stays out the way unless you need him. Breakfast was a good continental selection with extras on offer if you wanted to order them.

No hot water the first night but Henrique was so apologetic and gave all the guests some money back as an apology. The shower wasn't attached to the wall as the hanger looked broken but very minor grumble given the cost and quality of everything else.

The location is great, close to the airport - walking distance, the noise is not disturbing. The room was quite large, clean and had an ocean view. A kitchen is available. It's great for the price! The owner is very nice and helpful. I would love to come back to this place!

Great location - very close to the airport, mall, supermarket, and the Gruta do Carvao cave too. The room was what I expected, beds were comfy enough and a fan was provided. Breakfast was simple but a nice bonus (bread, coffee, juice, cheese). Codes to the accommodation were provided and we were able to check-in by ourselves. Be aware that this place is close to the airport so you may hear some noise but all in all, very economical and great place to stay in Ponta Delgada.

Everything was so perfect! The host was really friendly and helpful. He recommend us the best places to visit and give us a tourist map which was very nice. The room was very big and clean with private bathroom and the view on the ocean. Everything looked like on the photos. Everyday we had a breakfast downstairs with basic products. All of the time we had and access to the kitchen to prepare some food. The neighborhood was perfect - very quiet, a lot of free parking spaces, close to the airport and to the shopping mall with everything you need inside (supermarket, laundry, pharmacy, restaurant, fast foods etc.). We could enter the house even in the night after the flight just with the code which was very comfortable. The owner gives you privacy and takes care about your comfort. We recommend this place a lot!

Villa in a small residence area close to the airport. You may behave like at home, everything is pretty self service, breakfest is sufficient (despite a little bit value for money one). And if you meet Henrique he is very warm guy.

It is not real dislike however be aware of the airport nearby so planes may wake you up earlier in the morning then you may wish:-).

The staff are super nice and helpful. They are not always there but a simple WhatsApp and they will help you with any issue and with good tips for the island. Also in a very quiet neighborhood.

A bit far from the center (30 minutes walk). But there is a bus stop near by.
