Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communal spaces beautifully done. Pools and spa area good, and not busy. Wonderful views and a short walk to town of Nordeste. Good amount of space in the apartment and comfortable bedrooms. Loved the patio doors out to the pool area. Plenty of parking.

Fixtures and fittings in the rooms (we stayed in an apartment) not as good as expected - ie kitchen, bathrooms not well equipped or modern. No toiletries provided or kitchen basics. It smelled bad on arrival! Restaurant a bit disappointing - not cosy or welcoming and limited menu (maybe nicer when you can dine outside in the summer). If you want peace and quiet location is great, but not much available locally.

Staff service was great! especially Liliana at the restaurant! The room includes a balcony with stunning views to the beautiful town below and the sea. You can enjoy incredible sunrises from there! best experience ever. Room and bathroom very clean an spacious, bed very comfortable! Would definitely stay again! Delicious breakfast included.

I was so looking forward to the spa services, but the only day I could take the massage, the person had a shift at the restaurant. Also a little disappointed with the toiletries, being a spa hotel, they only had an 'all in one' shower/shampoo/body wash available (had to buy shampoo/conditioner in town). This shouldn't be a costly item for the level of the hotel and would definitely improve the experience!

We had a great corner hotel room on the top floor. It was bright, lovely and spacious with a terrace and a fantastic view of Nordeste and the Atlantic Ocean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and service oriented. The breakfast was excellent - great buffet layout with fresh fruit (or you could order eggs any way you wish).

Unfortunately the day we went to use the spa area there was a very strong chlorine presence in the air from the indoor pool. Our eyes immediately began to sting, so we were unable to use the area. Gym was very basic and some equipment not working properly.

Beautiful hotel. As a family of four we had the self contained flats, 2 bedrooms and downstairs had the kitchen and living space with views to the sea and the centre of Nordeste. The little ones enjoyed the indoor pool. We had 2 lovely ladies on check-in. Restaurant food was great and also the bar food. A great location if you have a car and want to make the most of the beautiful location with hikes and waterfalls. We enjoyed our stay!

Weather was not on our side and we were a bit stuck because we didn’t book a car at the airport /Ponta Delgado.

The hotel offers beautiful view over Nordeste town and Atlantic ocean. All rooms are with balcony and ocean view. Room had big comfortable bed. Some furniture looked a little bit older. In general stay was relaxing and quite.

Some parts in the room may be refurnished, e.g. it was to hard to close the bathroom door and it was loudly, also wardrobe. Spa area wasn't directly connected with the hotel and it was require to go also little bit outside

Hotel was nice and cozy, breakfast was simple but delicious with the local ingredients. Dinner was a'la carte. View from our room was amazing with the ocean and village. Wellness centre was small but nice and clean. Room with balcony was spacious with comfy, big bed and refrigerator. Room was cleaned everyday. There was enough parking places in front of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to come back!

Very thoughtful staff at the reception desk, amazing spa experience, one of the most stunning views of the Azores over the ocean and the city of Nordeste. Breakfast had loads of options and exceeded expectations.

We expected more of the restaurant, food options and taste were not up to standard compared to the rest of the hotel. No separate lunch menu (which meant very large portions for lunch) and staff had no knowledge on food (or wine) recommendations.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lince! The staff were friendly, the food was excellent, and the view was superb. We liked having dinner there at the restaurant as well. Bed was comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. It was special because they gave us a ocean facing room and it was our honeymoon.

Only negative was that the bottles of water in the mini bar were very expensive and there was no place that showed the prices.

The view from the hotel is really lovely, as the hotel is situated on the hill overlooking the town. Parking was plentiful and all the staff at reception and in the hotel were polite and professional. The room and the facilities were clean and the bed comfortable. We ate in the hotel in the evening and had breakfast the next day (we only stayed one night),both of which were well served and the food was good. On enquiring about room service and hot pots of water, we were given a kettle and cups for the room, although it was not listed as a facility. The spa facility is small and there is an outdoor pool which overlooks the view.

The spa facility was not kept up, and needed bulbs replacing. Instructions on how to turn on the sauna and the steam room are needed.

The whole hotel was amazing. The restaurant did a great job both for dinner and breakfast. The view over Nordeste is magical. We really enjoyed the spa, and had we had more time we would have had also massages and other treatments. the room was gigantic, I loved it. There is really nothing bad I can say about this hotel!
