The location was awesome.. right on the beach with a pool. Next to the marina.. very relaxing, The staff was great.. the location was great.. I can't say enough good things. Shout out to Luigi.. he was a great host.. all the staff was excellent.

There's really nothing terrible to say. You have to walk up a lot of stairs, and the breakfast gets old, but it's great if you are a budget travler.. . .. but I really couldn't have been happier with my stay..

Very nice place, top position in front of the ocean and located in the middle of Sao Miguel, max 30 min by car to any place in the island Very nice and friendly staff, especially one young guy called Alex, who has always been super nice asking about our day and giving advices.

Breakfast was really basic and never changed during our 5 days stying. Very poor choice

This hotel has a perfect location. Seawiew restaurant with nice and rich breakfast. The price/ value is really good. The staff, including cleaners, restaurant staff, reception guys all of them were super helpful. You really get value for your money here Note: we were in February

The sockets are placed far from beds, a bit unpractical. The same applies to the bathroom.

Superb location on the ocean beach, the city is calm and friendly, the town center is easily reachable if you walk through the marina and not follow the streets. The parking space just outside the hotel is a bit limited, but there is a huge free paring lot 5 min walk from the hotel (it's uphill to reach the hotel though)

Unfortunately there was no minibar (thus no fridge to chill the beers and keep cool some leftovers). There is a nespresso coffee machine but no capsules..

Good location, right next to the beach. It has a nice view to the beach and the marina. The staff was really helpful and nice. Nice to have breakfast, although it wasn't the most complete.

The room was just ok in terms of cleaning, it could be better. The rooms seem to be a bit old, and there were no plugs near the bed. This was acceptable for the value we paid.

Atmosphere, location, incredible Friendly, helpful staff. I truly enjoyed my stay, I felt very comfortable. Everything that is needed at simply walking steps/ short distance...All around an amazing place and experience 🫶🏻 I strongly recommend!!

Location of the hotel, right on beach and close to lovely restaurants. Staff were lovely. Room and pool were also beach front with a nice view.

The hotel was a bit old so some aspects were a bit old, needs renewal. The breakfast, didn't have enough food - it was served from 7:30 - 10 and we would get there at 8:30-9 and there would be little food left.

It is on the beach and the marina. You can go to the beach and book a boat trip/tour or ferry to the islet in the same day. The rooms are large for Europe, more the size of the rooms you find in the United States. The bed linens are nice and soft!

It was a little hard to find by car. They changed the name recently and GPS takes you to the marina, you need to walk around to the other side of the hotel to enter.

Great location, friendly staff, peaceful area, clean, beach is on the door step We were very sceptical to book after seeing previous reviews but honestly everything was great. Everything we asked from the staff was not a trouble. Definitely recommend

Just observation and suggestion : would be great to have a hook or hanger for the towels in the bathroom.

The location to the beach and restaurants. Decent breakfast,nice terrace overlooking the marina.

On checkout at 6 am. No one at the desk and all the doors were locked. Had to go out emergency exit and thru neighboring parking garage. They had asked us what time we were checking out and we told them 6 am. Just a little confused.
