The staff was super nice and helpful. Facilities were good in general despite having to go through a long walk from the parking lot (that is a bit small) to the hotel building.

The hair dryer was broken and old, it was not safe for use. And the kitchnet did not have many utensils and not even salt/pepper is provided (not common when booking with kitchen facilities). When booking the room I chose the room with mountain view, but the view was obstructed by trees. Definitely choose the sea view, it is worth it.

The resort is in a quiet semi-rural location, with lovely views of the mountains behind the resort and the ocean in front. Our studio room was quite spacious and the kitchenette was well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very tasty meal at Dragoeiro, the on site restaurant.

We were only provided with 2 small pods for the coffee maker. They were not replenished during our 4 night stay at the resort. I was surprised by this - I expected that they would be replenished daily when our room was made up. The bathroom floor is very slippery when wet.

Everything was great! Very comfortable bed. Wonderful view, jacuzzi with warm water hidden under trees (succulents) something amazing! Very kind staff. I recommend this hotel in 100%.

What could the hotel do to make the stay a little bit better? In the room should be a corkscrew; coffee capsules should be replenished every day in the room (rooms are equipped with a coffee machine, but only two capsules are left free of charge on the day of check-in). There should be a little less chlorine in the jacuzzi. I have no further comments, the rest is great!

Very nice spacious apartment. Our room had a beautiful view so sitting on the balcony and seeing the sunsets was very enjoyable. Rooms and hotel, pool - everything very clean and well kept. Very good restaurant in the hotel for quality sushi. Staff at the reception extremely nice and helpful. Location excellent for making trips all over the island.

Nice and quiet small location. Room was comfortable, also bed and pillows were good. Good view to the sea, pool was a great bonus. Almost all needed equipment available in the room. Towels, coffee maker, microwave, stove, kettle, fridge with freezer and etc. Possible to cook your own meals.

We stayed at third floor and to be honest rooms and hallway needs a fresh up - all the sounds like who comes and when are heard well, so no soundproofing. Overall view in the rooms is a outdated.

Quiet location with a quick access to the highway. Spacious and clean room with a kithcenette so you can prepare a small meal or save some snacks in a fridge. Staff is nice and helpful. There’s a great sushi restaurant in a hotel. Pool area is nice to chillax.

Water in a pool is a bit cold. Hotel is located in a village so except the restaurant in a hotel you don’t have may options for a drink / dinning near by. We found breakfast a bit disaponting.

I’m glad I chose this place as it took me a long time to decide. Got a room with sea view and I enjoyed so much to open my eyes in the morning to a breathtaking view. Loved the fact that the room was cleaned everyday and towels changed. As well as the fact that I could make my own breakfast in room and warm up water to make my tea. The helpful staff always receptive to my requests. Absolutely recommending this place to everyone especially that Caloura seems to be one of the best places to be if you are on vacation. And I confirm.

One night there was some noise and I could hear my neighbor ,noisy people :)) thanks gos they left the next day.

The room was light and spacious, with comfortable bed and kitchen equipped with a pan and two different sizes of pots, sufficient for a simple cooking. The bathroom had a bathtub. The breakfast buffet offered variety of dishes. The price was very good given the equipment of the room. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.

As we visited in low season, the breakfasts took place in probably the darkest area of the hotel. The room service turned on the AC (which was really not necessary that day), which was probably the cause of appearance of two big centipedes in our sleeping area (for us, it is a minor comment, for someone else it might be a bit more disturbing 😃 so we recommend to ask to keep the AC off after checking in)

The price and location are definitely the best from this resort to point out. View to the ocean and the infinity pool (with salted water) are the reasons why I chose this hotel. Cleaning is good and the staff is also great and show simpaty. Definitely would recommend for a family with children. Near the pool, there is also a jacuzzi, which is a big plus. Didn't try the restaurant, and neither other facilities. Parking is easy, and once again, the location itself is perfect if you have a rental car. The room has two aircos, which is offcourse great. The sunset view is also amazing here at the pool. So, for a couple, I would advise this resort also. It has, by the way, another pool just by the sea 200/250 meters from your room, which is also nice, but we didn't use it too much.

Soundproofing is really poor. Unfortunately, you can hear your neibours and they can hear you even if all the doors are shut. The floor in the hall, while we are going to our duplex, could use some refurbishment or replacement because it was giving a strange odour, and it also doesn't look really good/new. Overall, the place is nice and cosy, but it has some years already, I guess. Things like wardrobes and the walls on your terrace. But once again, you get exactly for what you pay.

The beds were comfortable, better than most. Views of the ocean were great from the 2nd floor. Staff was helpful when needing info or directions. Apples in the bowl and water at the front desk for guests were refreshing. Views from the lower pool area were nice.

Found cock roaches in room. No coffee or sugar to use the coffee maker, basically no condiments. No kitchen towels to dry the dishes. After lugging our suitcases up hill ( long walk for seniors)to the front we noticed there was parking near the front. We asked about access and you needed to go through another gate. The exterior could use a bit of clean up, looked tired. The drive down from the main road is nuts.
