Overall, I was very satisfied with the arcotel hotel. The facilities were excellent, including a kettle, hairdryer, and bath towels. The provided tea and coffee in the room were also quite good. The breakfast was very rich, offering not only bread (all kinds of bread), fruit, and meat but also—most touchingly—dumplings prepared for guests from East Asian regions. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff did a very thorough job. The greenery outside the window was lovely, and the room was quiet. The location was also excellent, just about 100 meters from the U1 subway line.

However, there was one issue. When we arrived at the hotel around 7 a.m. on April 27, the front desk staff could not find our booking reservation number from Booking.com, and the guest name displayed was incorrect, in their system. She could not resolve the problem, and we didn't know what caused it. Eventually, we asked her to consult a colleague in their office, who finally fixed the issue. We are still unsure what caused this problem.

Had a nice big room that was very comfortable, GREAT breakfast and conveniently located across the VIC. Nice surroundings to walk. (Next time I will try and get IAEA preferential rates.. but that may not apply in these weeks)

This time the room was extremely expensive - but it seems many activities was happening on Vienna that week.. so did not find many other affordable solutions and thus convenient to return to what I know.. I got a free airport transfer via Booking.com... very convenient but the taxy driver was complaining the whole time that he had to wait for me so long and that he et paid so little for the service .. and will not do it again. So not sure how Booking.com can improve the professionalism of their sub-contractors they appoint to provide this service (and possibly pay them a fair price)

I enjoyed the breakfast. There were many different selections and they were all fresh and tasty. The hotel also located very near the Vienna International Centre and also to the train station so it is very convenient in terms of going around the city.

The heater in the room was not warm enough so it was still freezing cold. The beddings are also quite minimal (simple blanket. pillow), so it was a little difficult during winter, but I know that additional blankets can be made available upon request.

Room and Breakfast were exceptional. Having a bathtub is always a plus in my book. Austrian Breakfast at high quality is a great way to start the day.

Dinner experience was awful. Being directed to the Bar for dinner should have already advised me against going any further with my dinner plans on-site, but in the end the lack of (responsible?) staff caused exceptionally long wait times at every stage of the process. Although staff was hanging around the bar, those were apparently not responsible for any dinner (or bar) related work, so the impression was pretty bad overall. Food was good, though.

I liked the overall hotel staff, very professional and proactive. The location is very accessible to the Austria Center where I attended a conference. The facilities are clean and tidy, and very well organized.

The room was OK, I found that both the duvet and bed were very narrow even for a single bed. The WiFi could be a better, and I had a hard time connecting on business meetings and browsing the internet in general. One of the windows had the handle broken, and couldn't be open. The air vents were full of visible thick dust and cobwebs.

The property was refurbished since I last stayed in 2023. However, the traditional Kaiserwasser old world charm was still maintained! Therefore, it was a perfect blend of modern and traditional. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The buffet options were amazing on the both night I had them.

The à la carte menu was switched out for buffet on some nights in which made ordering room service a bit more cumbersome on those nights!

Very convenient for the people who want to be close to the Vienna Conference Center. Clean and spacious. Very good breakfast. Excellent mattress.

The wifi was very weak. This is unacceptable for this hotel category where many visitors are business oriented. When I complained at the reception the excuse was that there many people in the hotel and the wifi cannot "serve" adequately. We are in 2024! Also during the checkout, at the reception, it seemed to me that the staff was not all so experience in handling the system for the logistics (payment, receipts etc). Also, the price is rather high.

The location is great, very close to the subway station, a very pleasant park just a few steps away and about a 10 minute walk to the Danube river with bars and other attractions. The room was nicely decorated, very clean, the bed was super comfortable. The staff were very nice. Breakfest was fabulous, a huge choice of food, both savory and sweet, hot and cold. A very pleasant stay, I would gladly come back.

The only negative thing I can think of is we had a bit of a problem finding the car park, there should be some more sings pointing to the entrance.

Very clean, very comfortable, friendly personnel. Very close to Vienna International Center (VIC). The tourists can visit VIC to learn about the nuclear technologies, the effort of United Nations to trace and help to use the nuclear technologies, to monitor and to prevent the use of nuclear technologies for military purposes. They can see different expositions even for airspace technologies. The Donau park is nearby with the amasing flora and fauna with seeing tower that gives an astonishing view of Vienna city. Some rooms have a view to Kaiserwaser lake and a walk along to the lake in early morning or during the day is a pleasant experience. Arcotel hotel will provide you with different facilities for enjoyment and rest.

I do not have anything that I do not like.

Excellent breakfast available in this hotel conveniently located across the VIC and U1-bahn. My first stay although I have attended meetings in the business center before. Rooms are spacious enough and I liked the hanging space in the room / enough to unpack the suitcase for this week-long visit. I selected an upmarket hotel to ensure a proper work space and chair to be able to work in the room and was not disappointed (except for lack of lighting). So, sure I will return as so conveniently located for my trips to IAEA.

The room had a nice work area - large and comfortable, but with no good source of lighting... so impossible to work efficiently with a laptop or to read at night. This seems to be a problem at many hotels... I was able the drag the very reading lamp over for a partial solution, and to the credit of the hotel staff they did not move it back to the standard position.. as most hotels do. So I found a reasonable solution but a dedicated lamp would do wonders for the business traveler.
