The hotel is will located. The restaurant staff were great, very attentive. The happy hour and breakfast were very good. The bell staff were also very helpful with directions.

We stayed in room 913 which has a lot of street/traffic noise. While the room and bed were comfortable, the most made it difficult to sleep.

Breakfast and complimentary afternoon drinks and snack were excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful and responsive. We had a problem withe the heating and air in our room which was immediately taken care of. Concierge was always friendly and helpful. We used those services almost daily.

The room was much more than was expected with a kitchenette and separate bedroom but the lighting in the room was awful. I have never stayed anywhere with such dim lighting. Our traveling companions also commented on having this issue as well. The bedroom lights were too dim to read by.

Hotel is in the center of old Montreal. It is a great place to walk closer, visit restaurants. It is a really great place. I traveled with my partner by car. The main reason to stay here is an underground parking under the hotel. After reading reviews about parking places around than a lot of stolen or damaged cars, this parking shows us like a better decision. In additional you have discount from the Hotel 10$ from the regular price. Parking 24hours, so you could buy public transport ticket and use subway to get to any places around while car in safe. Room was pretty clear, with Jacuzzi and kitchen staff. Also two free evening drinks for us were like surprise.

I think this Hotel is a best decision for couple or single travellers. Travel with kids is not a great idea. At least breakfast. Place for breakfast to small, less tables and plenty people. After breakfast we felt not very well, seems food were not very fresh (ate different meals). Restaurant in the Hotel has questions also. Need to read ingredients before ordering, we ordered Cesar salad and thought that it will be with chicken and cheese by default, but not you need to ask and order chicken and cheese as additional ingredients (the waitress didn't warn us)

The front desk credit card machine was not working, and my card was denied. The front desk person stated that my card was not good and that maybe my credit card could not accept that large amount, which was very frustrating after a long day of travel. Multiple guests had the same problem, and that is when the manager was brought in. It was their equipment. They used another machine, and everything was acceptable. No apology. I asked for a higher floor; she said she had no higher. The same Front desk person checked in my friend and gave him a higher room. After our conflict about the credit card, the front desk person seemed to make sure she did not grant my preference.

Great food and lots of options for breakfast until their oven broke down , but the staff really tried to make it better!

Their coffee was horrible! Might have been my tastebuds though….. and the jets in the tub did not work at all…would have loved it otherwise . It’s a great location , within walking distance of many things in downtown old Montreal …..I also did not like the fact that they told us we shouldn’t have booked on booking.com and that they might not have our reservation…because of that….gave me a bit of a scare !

The hotel itself was really nice. I mostly enjoyed the buffer breakfast included. Lots of options and tasted fresh and amazing. Front staff were very friendly and accommodating to us. No Hassel with check in/out. Room was spacious and very clean and tidy.

The only issue we really experienced was the jacuzzi did not work. The water took (literally) almost 45mins just to fill due to the water pressure in the jacuzzi. Then when the water finally reached the sensors, we kept pressing the buttons to turn on the jet system but it did not work. So that was a bummer. We didn't bother notifying the hotel staff as it was too late at night. Also the location of the hotel, I wasn't a huge fan of. I was hoping to be more closer (walking distance) of more attractions. Weather wasn't great to be walking far so we had drive to where we wanted to go.

Its location, so close to Notre Dame and most of the old Montreal area. The staff are very helpful, our room was on a different floor than my sister but they offered an upgrade for an additional $10 a day. The upgraded room was a suite, good deal. I was travelling with my mom who is 81 years old and it is good to know that there is a doctor or medical personnel that we can reach out to if we need help

The corridors in each floor was dark, even in the room. I had all lights turned on and the room was still dark

The entire staff was delightful, especially Donald, the concierge and the wait staff for lunch and dinner. The location is central and everything is walkable.

The hotel and furniture needs updating, although the bed was wonderful. If you take a late evening shower you will find no to little hot water.

Very good staff. Concierge and front desk staff were great. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

The breakfast set up is too small, chaotic and disorganized. It is a suites hotel so there are a lot of families with small children, which is fine. But trying to access the buffet line in a small space on the outer rim of the dining room was chaotic. The omelette station and bread-toasting station were poorly arranged on top of one another. Those wanting toast which took forever to toast had to squeeze into and interrupt the line of those waiting to order an omelet. it was like a mosh pit.

Really nice room and comfortable bed. Great staff. We were able to drop our bags and go explore for the day. We had to leave for airport before the opening of breakfast at 6:30am so staff was able to direct us to Timmy’s the night before to pick up muffins. They gave us extra coffee bags so we could have breakfast in our room.

It would have been helpful to have fruit and small yogurt containers available for sale with all the other “day food” pic nic items.
