The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient for both work and sightseeing. The hotel room was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after busy days of meetings and exploring the city. The room was fully equipped, and the living area was cozy—perfect for unwinding. High-speed WiFi was an added bonus, especially for work.

However, there were some downsides. The noise from the bar on the first floor was quite noticeable and sometimes disrupted my relaxation. The breakfast also did not meet my expectations, which was a bit disappointing.

My stay at 45 by Director was incredible. The staff is very helpful, the infrastructure is great, the hotel is well located near the metro station and is in a very nice and safe neighborhood. I liked my room, I liked the room service, and especially the breakfast.

The only thing that disappointed me was that breakfast was not included, but this was not the hotel's fault; it was a mistake by the Booking platform, which informed me that breakfast would be included in the accommodation price.

I recently had the pleasure of revisiting 45 by Director for the second time, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. One of the standout features of this hotel is its unbeatable location. The hotel is surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants and eateries. The hotel staff is not only professional but genuinely friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

One thing to note is that the rooms are not overly spacious. Despite the compact size, they are thoughtfully designed, making efficient use of the available space.

I had a disappointing experience with the payment process. I was informed through chat and again at check-in that I could pay in USD with my debit card. However, at check-out, I was told that payment could only be made in cash. Unfortunately, I couldn’t withdraw cash in dollars at that time, so I had to pay with a credit card and incur additional fees.

The hotel has a great location, only walking distance from Costanera Mall and restaurants. The staff was super helpful and kind. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. But overall everything was clean and nothing out of the ordinary.

We found a bit weird that next to the snacks and the mini bar was an erotic card game you could buy, it gave us a bit of sketchy vibes..

The location is very good. Near the metro and a lot of restaurants. Safe to walk around.

The rooms don't allow a view to the mountains. Also, there is a side of the building that is affected by the smell that comes from the restaurant kitchen at night.

Hotel has a generator, which was very helpful during the blackout. Gym, free parking. Location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast a little bit overpriced for what it offers. Coffee in the room isn't complimentary.

The room was too warm, the AC is blocked, meaning that you can't adjust the temperature, I had to open the window and it was too noisy outside, which makes it difficult to sleep and rest properly.

The location is amazing, closer to Costanera Center, metro and restaurants. It’s clean and modern.

Location is perfect. The Bar wa unespected and was a good place, with no noice to the rest of the hotel. The rooms are ok, just what we want. We pick 3 doble rooms, two were very good, one was small for two people

One room was a little small for two persons
