For us the location was perfect as we were travelling by car from Bosnia to Italy. It was close to the center and close to the highway. The staff was amazing. Its summer time and having an underground parking is just perfect. Also I noticed that they have Halal certification which is essential for us. The hotel is generally good, however I was expecting a bit more for a 5 stars rated hotel. On the way back to Bosnia I have booked the same stay.

The hotel spa including a swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were the bonus for us. The bed mattress was nice and firm for good night sleep. The two rooms we had was connected to each other and the space was good enough for four of us. Warmed welcome soft-baked cookies were yummy !!

Breakfast buffet could be more appealing if there had been more options of fresh salad and fruits.

We booked this hotel because of the spa. And jacuzzi and Turkish sauna weren't working which was disapotig If we knew that we would choose a hotel in the center of Zagreb instead of this one

We decided on the Doubletree because of the pool, steam room and sauna. We were arriving late in the day and taking the airport shuttle bus to the airport the next morning. The spa facilities and our room were well kept up and the Oxbo Restaurant on the main floor served good, reasonably priced food.

The location is convenient to the main bus station (a 7 minute walk). There's nothing interesting to see within easy walking distance of the hotel so you have to take a 4-5 stop tram trip to get to Zagreb's old town. But for 1 night in transit - or if you have a car and want to avoid driving anywhere near the old town - the price was right for the hotel quality and location.

Everything was excellent—the location, the room with a beautiful view of the city center. A big plus is the secured parking spot in the garage. The room was well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable—everything you need for a pleasant stay. The spa center was a wonderful bonus, offering a relaxing and well-maintained space to unwind. Room service was quick, efficient, and very professional, which made the whole experience even better. But above all, the highest praise goes to the staff—incredibly kind, always smiling, and truly dedicated to making every guest feel welcome and well taken care of. They really made the stay special. 👏😊

If I had to mention one thing, it would be the dinner—it was good, but a bit more variety would have made it perfect.

- Iron in the room - Climate control - Bright room with windows that could be opened even on the higher floor. - Good gym – surprisingly well equipped. It was a bit too hot in there, though (26°C according to the wall thermostat).

- Weak lighting in the bathroom and no magnifying mirror. - Light switches next to the bed emitted a strong blue light all night. - Bathroom power socket didn’t work. They said it was for security reasons, so drying hair in the bathroom wasn’t possible – quite odd. - Vegetables at breakfast weren’t fresh.

It is our second time in this hotel, and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is nice, even with vegan options. They are pet friendly, for us this is the most important, as we travel always with our dogs. The hotel has nice underground parking, and the daily ticket is 28 eur. The pet fee per dog is 35 eur per stay, doesn't matter if you are staying for just one night or a whole week.

They have a new policy that only 2 dogs are allowed per room. We have 4, this time we traveled only with 1, but what if we travel with them all? We need to book 2 rooms and sleep separated (we are a couple)? Would be nice to offer apartments for ppl with dogs. Also, I don't like that the whole floor is covered with carpet, it is not very hygienic.

I enjoy staying at the Hotel. I like the room. Hotel is located 2,8 km from city center. That was not an issue for me cause I like walking. Breakfast was good enough. Employees of the hotel were enough friendly and polite fo this region of Europe. I really enjoyed the SPA at the hotel. employees of the SPA were briliant working team. They even gave me advices what places to visit in Zagreb.I enjoyed the city. Guess one day I will visit the city again.

When I arrived, I was asked by employee of the hotel about deposit of 50 euros for my staying there. I payed by card. That was my first time in Zagreb that I boooked via booking.com. In other hotels that I was staying and were booked via booking.com, thay don't ask me for that kind of condition. That was unsual to be honest. I payed for parking 28 euros. In my opinion it can be cheaper. If you drive a low clearence car you have to be very attentive to drive through parking to -4 level where hotels parking is located.

Picked the hotel for a spa day after a work trip - The Spa area is all the way up on the 10th floor with a full glass front, so you get a brilliant view over Zagreb from the pool, plus it has a very nice sauna and a steam bath. The bathroom in a regular double room was insanely spacious with a really large shower and a bath tub. Everything is super clean, TV channels from all around the world, very spacious room layouts. For the service, the price is very very reasonable, would absolutely stay there again.
