Breakfast was excellent, wide variety to choose from and tasty

Everything was great but the check in experience was horrible. We arrived at the facility around 2am and was made to sit in the lobby until our early check around 7am. We knew the flight was arriving around midnight, so we had paid extra for early check in. Nobody checked in on us and no alternatives were offered. The incident was reported to one of the managers but no feedback yet. Had it not been the environmental department (housekeepers) that brightened our smiles and decorated our room each day with their own artistic decorations and made us felt so special, we would have checked out right away and never again.

The hotel is perfect for family trip with kids - it has luxury feeling with no compromise to the comfort. The facilieties are great, hotel guests can use aquapark and aquarium, pool is located to the palm side (however, there is construction work at the moment in The Pointe region). The staff is very polite, greets you with the smile, hope they are feeling the same way as they are looking.

The Pointe viewpoint and fountains are closed - they are building villas there. If you are in the Imperial club - you can not ask for early breakfast to take away if flying early (you have to pay for it). Booked hotel for the wedding anniversary and mentioned it in the booking - there was no attention for the occasion from the hotel which was disapointing.

I want to share my wonderful experience staying at Atlantis The Palm. The staff were truly exceptional—always greeting us with genuine warmth and friendliness. It never felt like a forced gesture but rather something they did with sincerity, which made the experience even more special. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with everything you could possibly need for a luxurious and family-friendly stay. One of the biggest highlights was the complimentary access to Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium, which kept us entertained throughout our stay. We also had access to the private beach with its soft white sand. It was a beautiful spot to relax, and we really enjoyed walking along the beach and dipping our feet in the cool water. Room cleaning was top-notch, and the attention to detail was impressive. They even provided a thoughtful child kit that included a small water toy, body wash, moisturizer, and sunscreen lotion for our little one—a really nice touch! Dining at Kaleidoscope was a treat with its wide variety of dishes and generous spread at every meal. While the in-room dining was convenient, it was a bit expensive compared to other options. Some of the highlights of our stay were the heated pool, in-house shops and restaurants, access to Aquaventure and The Lost Chambers, a balloon ride, and most importantly, the exceptional staff who truly made our visit unforgettable. Overall, Atlantis The Palm is an amazing destination that perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and fun. We definetly consider visiting it again!

Location and staff

When checking in no one takes you to your room to show you where it is . In such a huge hotel where you can easily get lost you are given a card told a direction and expected to find your own room . For which a huge expensive 5 star hotel this is extremely poor service . The cleaners on my floor helped me find my room . I wasn’t told how to call house keeping either as no room tour was given . In the middle of night I had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper !

The food was absolutely fantastic, particularly the breakfast. Service was exceptional, from the room service, cleaners, poolside support, everybody immediately on hand to help. Great facilities, would definitely stop here again.

It is quite pricey compared to some nearby examples. I would prefer if the restaurants were non smoking.

Outstanding staff (attentive, friendly, going above and beyond what’s typically expected in hospitality), wonderful aquapark, excellent food… and breathtaking view (palm side)

Very expensive stay & board (as expected), but the additional stuff (beverages, food, game room etc) and also super pricey… I would expect that if you pay over $1k per day (half board, Imperial Club) you wouldn’t have to pay close to $10 per bottle of water on the beach.. but the again, this is a luxury hotel, not a „value for money” hotel, and it delivers on this spectacularly, hence 10/10

The aquarium was amazing , aquaventure waterpark was the best water park we been to Room was ok ,the pool and beach area view to the palm hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is 5 star it has so many different variety

I booked a ocean view room They gaved me a parking and tree view facing on the second floor , I went to change it and they gaved me a 10th floor ocean facing room but not facing the beach so just a heads up you better request for what you want or else they give you crap rooms , first photo was the parking and tree facing , the room is so dark you can hardly see the ocean , second photo is the room they changed me to, not the greatest but at least they did

The room had a spectacular view of the Palm from the 22nd floor. The pool and private beach were also great with the view of the Atlantis. The breakfast and buffet at Kaleidoscope had a great variety of cuisines and the staff was super friendly too - shout out to Alfie for being an amazing server!

I have returned back to the Atlantis Hotel, my stay has met all my expectations in every area, breakfest, the water theme park the new water rides and the overall room ambiance, As a loyal and valued customer I will return. Atlantis always lives up to my expectations. Howeever as a loyal guest over many years i should be given some preferential rates when booking. thank you

not much I can complain about as all the staff that provided me with a service was excellent.

1-I like the facility 2- the stuff were helpful 3- design and structure was amazing 4- the room service cleaning the room to wise a day as well as no hotel clean the two times per day but the atlantis he’s did it 5- all the gust join water park and aquarium is free it’s difficult to find other hotel to do that 6- for the water park towel and shoes are free and water from the are unlimited and free 7- i will back soon as possible 🙂
