Breakfast was excellent, wide variety to choose from and tasty

Everything was great but the check in experience was horrible. We arrived at the facility around 2am and was made to sit in the lobby until our early check around 7am. We knew the flight was arriving around midnight, so we had paid extra for early check in. Nobody checked in on us and no alternatives were offered. The incident was reported to one of the managers but no feedback yet. Had it not been the environmental department (housekeepers) that brightened our smiles and decorated our room each day with their own artistic decorations and made us felt so special, we would have checked out right away and never again.

Aqua venture we faced two times problems. I think the guests who are staying in Atlantis hotel Are VIP normally but unfortunately in the park we did not see the respect and etc. For getting locker we stopped more than one Hour to get locker under high temperature of weather .due to we had not credit card or cash money to pay for it. It is better this kind of small services the fees added easily on the rooms costs till not wasted the time. Into the park we sew that some people with orange Watches without any queue they played and hotel guests just into the Queues watching them, …. Better to prioritize first hotel guests sir.

Quite simply, the most incredible place to stay in Dubai!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Atlantis The Palm! The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and incredibly welcoming. A special shout-out to Justine, who greeted us with a smile every morning at breakfast and every evening at dinner in Saffron – she became such good friends with our daughter, Pip, which made our stay even more special. Our kids were over the moon with all the little surprises they found in our room after housekeeping – such a thoughtful touch! If you’re looking to fully immerse yourself in luxury while enjoying a world-class water park, this hotel is an absolute must. We’ll treasure these memories forever! 🙏🏻✨

The hotel is perfect for family trip with kids - it has luxury feeling with no compromise to the comfort. The facilieties are great, hotel guests can use aquapark and aquarium, pool is located to the palm side (however, there is construction work at the moment in The Pointe region). The staff is very polite, greets you with the smile, hope they are feeling the same way as they are looking.

The Pointe viewpoint and fountains are closed - they are building villas there. If you are in the Imperial club - you can not ask for early breakfast to take away if flying early (you have to pay for it). Booked hotel for the wedding anniversary and mentioned it in the booking - there was no attention for the occasion from the hotel which was disapointing.

I want to share my wonderful experience staying at Atlantis The Palm. The staff were truly exceptional—always greeting us with genuine warmth and friendliness. It never felt like a forced gesture but rather something they did with sincerity, which made the experience even more special. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with everything you could possibly need for a luxurious and family-friendly stay. One of the biggest highlights was the complimentary access to Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium, which kept us entertained throughout our stay. We also had access to the private beach with its soft white sand. It was a beautiful spot to relax, and we really enjoyed walking along the beach and dipping our feet in the cool water. Room cleaning was top-notch, and the attention to detail was impressive. They even provided a thoughtful child kit that included a small water toy, body wash, moisturizer, and sunscreen lotion for our little one—a really nice touch! Dining at Kaleidoscope was a treat with its wide variety of dishes and generous spread at every meal. While the in-room dining was convenient, it was a bit expensive compared to other options. Some of the highlights of our stay were the heated pool, in-house shops and restaurants, access to Aquaventure and The Lost Chambers, a balloon ride, and most importantly, the exceptional staff who truly made our visit unforgettable. Overall, Atlantis The Palm is an amazing destination that perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and fun. We definetly consider visiting it again!

Location and staff

When checking in no one takes you to your room to show you where it is . In such a huge hotel where you can easily get lost you are given a card told a direction and expected to find your own room . For which a huge expensive 5 star hotel this is extremely poor service . The cleaners on my floor helped me find my room . I wasn’t told how to call house keeping either as no room tour was given . In the middle of night I had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper !

The food was absolutely fantastic, particularly the breakfast. Service was exceptional, from the room service, cleaners, poolside support, everybody immediately on hand to help. Great facilities, would definitely stop here again.

It is quite pricey compared to some nearby examples. I would prefer if the restaurants were non smoking.

Outstanding staff (attentive, friendly, going above and beyond what’s typically expected in hospitality), wonderful aquapark, excellent food… and breathtaking view (palm side)

Very expensive stay & board (as expected), but the additional stuff (beverages, food, game room etc) and also super pricey… I would expect that if you pay over $1k per day (half board, Imperial Club) you wouldn’t have to pay close to $10 per bottle of water on the beach.. but the again, this is a luxury hotel, not a „value for money” hotel, and it delivers on this spectacularly, hence 10/10

I liked the offer very much. I was at ninth floor of west tower, and people who are cleaning the rooms are the best, specially Zaman with his suprise creations in the room. He is an artist and very talented. I praise the security people also because their job is super hard and demanding, as the pool crew working in the heat and taking bad attitude from some guests. Sagar from the breakfast area was kind, polite and so warm, and the manager of same place (one lady with the kindest eyes)...I also liked Leshan, the waiter where i had my coffie, because he had this human and personal factor that it is missing in most of Atlantis, great man...Working in Atlantis is beyond words. I cannot imagine the amount of effort of this people. Well done to Concierge office also, so much patience! Workers here are boyond this words. They couldnt be payed enough for what they are going through.

If I wasnt with my kids, i would never choose Atlantis. Its like airport. People dont respect sleeping time and their kids are screeming all over the coridors in front of somebodys doors. Climbing on counter, tables, no regards to the rest of the guests, even hitting when passing by, having a rude and degrading behaviour, as some parents are disrespectful towards Atlantis workers. For me its too much. Workers are taking so much bad things here, i am feeling sorry for them. There should be seperate security/educators for kids.
