Overall everything fine, comfortable, nice views, great location for my purposes. Very quiet. Nice extra is the spa included and the inhouse restaurant was excellent.

For the money paid and the brand name I honestly expected more. I would stay again but only if it was again paid by someone else. Some minor issues with the shower water temperature not being stable and the air conditioning not being cold enough (and the window does not open fully). I also did not like that during check in the staff said they could put everything on one bill but during check out they had to make the booking and the other expenses separate which creates a big problem for me with expenses reimbursement.

The location is excellent, in the centre of Košice. The main attractions are a short walk away. The breakfast selection is excellent, good coffees, lots of fresh fruit, gluten-free bread which was great. We loved the wellness area, a great place to relax after sightseeing. There was a lovely cooling lemonade available in reception for guests during the afternoon, and coffee in the mornings. Receptionists are friendly and helpful and speak good English.

We loved the hotel breakfast, but considered it a little pricey at 25 euros each, so only had it once. 15 to 20 euros would have been fairer I think. Especially as the shopping centre nearby had nice options for 5 to 10 euros. The light switches in the rooms were unnecessarily complicated, consisting of 4 squares. We never got the hang of them, longing for a good, easy old-fashioned light switch!!

The room was Brillant, comfortable, location was excellent, opposite all the good restaurants, staff are excellent. its the Hilton and they do it well. breakfast was awesome. its 25 EUR but just do it, there is not a better feeling than a hotel breakfast at a luxury hotel. It just makes you feel good :-) The bar area which pretty good, the space is beautiful, big open space with plenty of options on where to sit back and relax and with every drink you get some nuts and crisps, there little touches but they matter and make you feel good. The have a live feed TV screen from Kosice airport which has the arrivals and departures times which is pretty cool The bed is comfortable and big and beautiful, bed set , pillows are excellent. its the Hilton!!! you get what you may for and more!!! they just know how to do it. Hilton is not the four seasons or mandarin oriental, Shangri la but it is much affordable/reasonable than those hotels and worth the money!!! its an excellent hotel and its worth the money .

The shower pressure was not Brillant. hoping it was a one off

The hotel is situated in a central location in Kosice right next to the main street in the old town of Kosice. The hotel is modern and cosy, and we had a positive experience with both the facilities and the staff. You even get a welcome cookie upon arrival - nice touch.

Staff was nice and check-in was quick. Rooms are clean and spacious (especially bathroom) and well-equipped. Wi-fi is great. Hotel is in the historic center, so perfectly placed for tourists visiting Kosice, but close enough to the train station, if you just need to sleep between travel.

Beds are slightly too high, but that is nitpicking.

The breakfast was amazing and the room attendants were superb

I did not like that an international hotel closed its restaurant and bar facilities on the 25th December. This is not what you expect for a hotel of this size and left us with no food in the evening

Easily reachable from the airport and right at the beginning of the pedestrian area and close to the mall. I was there solo and I never appreciated being able to lock my door from inside like this time. On my first night around midnight I heard some male voices in the corridor and then I could hear somebody swiping their card in an attempt to unlock my room! I got so scared but 1)it proved that the lock actually works/other cards can't open the door and 2) seems it was just a mistake and somebody mixed up their room number or something in any case all good and I was really happy about the lock

Really awesome hotel. Very enjoyable stay. The staff are most professional and friendly and my room was most comfy! Breakfast was varied and yummy. I also had the staff make me a special espresso from the barista machine, not the regular one. Noice!

Carpet in the room is ugly as hell. No idea why but I couldn't get the A/C lower than 20o and first night struggled to get the window open. Once it was open room was cool enough to sleep in thanks to the freezing temperatures outside. Day 3 housekeeping didn't do turn down service which was a shame but no biggy. The buttons for the lights were weird as hell. Took days to work out which one turned on which. LOL!

The property was very close to the main attractions in Kosice. I asked for a map of the city, and I was given a map that had the Hilton brand on it. This map was useful and guided me to some sights that I might have missed. The room was secure, since you needed your room key to access the lifts. There is a restaurant on sight if you want something to eat. The desserts are fancy. The room was not excessively expensive. Also, I upgraded my room for €20 over two nights, so I had a very comfortable room without paying too much extra. There is a safe in the room to store valuables like passports and cards. There is a free gym and free jacuzzi that can be used during your stay. You also get a free warm cookie when you arrive. I didn’t use room service, but it is available, and the charges are clearly communicated through the menu on the room tv. The menu on the tv details other services that you might want.

I thought the hotel breakfast was a little bit pricy, so I didn’t avail of that option.

Mainly items as expected in any big brand hotels.

Only two lifts. One of them was on big maintenace the whole week. Breakfast was limited in relation to the price. Of course, omelette was available separately upon request, but otherwise dining and dining were the biggest areas of development. Bussiness center? I would have liked to print the return flight tickets as in other 4 star hotels, either at the center or otherwise.
