La la loooved this hotel. There are recently renovated rooms that were a surcharge of course, but completely worth it in my opinion. Perfect room for families, spacious rooms with jack and Jill bathroom doors. Rooms don’t have microwave but there is a microwave on every floor in the ice machine room. Our room had a clear view of the firework show from Disney at night and we also had a lot of shopping walking distance. Shuttle bus walking distance from hotel that takes you to the park for a surcharge. Bus came every 30 minutes, completely worth it. Dropped us off right by the check point so we didn’t have to walk much, again, totally worth it. We were comped breakfast for my family of 5, and that alone is why I’m coming back. The breakfast was fantastic.

The pool! It’s nice and beautiful but it’s located at the front end of the property so the sunlight was cut out 100% by 2 pm. That may be preferred by most on a hot day but it was a little bit of a bummer.

The service staff are exceptional. They are helpful, friendly, and customer-service oriented. The size and the high definition of the Samsung TVs were amazing. It would be good to include a guide about food options in the area.

The lighting over the vanity could be brighter. We did not have a cushy chair in our room. I did not know that Starbucks was not operational. There are no vending machines and the gift shop was closed when I needed something. Paying for coffee in the lobby was a bit much.

The location and facilities were attractive, clean and functional, rooms were spacious and comfortablw mostly. Staff was helpful and professional, answering all of my questions.

I didn't like paying for parking at a property that I'm already paying to stay at, but this is California, near Disney, so they milk you wherever they can. The bed was a little too firm for my comfort level but overall a nice stay.

It was super clean and very nice!

Specifically chose this location because it said “breakfast included”, but when we woke up the next morning the staff said that was not true. One even said, “oh does it say ‘breakfast included’ on your reservation? You still have to pay for it.” Not even the coffee was free, and we had a broken coffee maker in our room so that wasn’t the best. But everything else was fantastic

I loved everything about the property. Upon checking in, staff welcomed me in and answered any of my questions. The check in process was very smooth and easy to do. Upon getting to my room, I was impressed by the cleanliness and the amenities included. I did stay at this location during my Disneyland trip. Being down the street from the hotel, it was the cherry on top.

There is nothing that I didn’t like. Everything was exceptional!

The location and staff were great.

The Starbucks was closed and the breakfast buffet food needed to be replaced or refreshed the eggs and tench toast/waffles were really hard/dry. The waiting staff were amazing.

Great property

We were told from a previous stay we would get complimentary breakfast buffet for our next stay and when i asked for it they said they had no clue what i was talking about, other then that its a good place and we just paid for food not a big deal i just don’t like being lied to.

The property was inviting well maintained and cared for. The rooms are always immaculate, the beds are comfortable.and clean. Shopping was available across the street with plenty of eateries near by. The gift shop in the lobby also has a great variety of essentials. The restaurant/bar was really nice and their breakfast buffet is a family favorite. The pool/ hot tub is maintained exceptionally well with plenty of room for guests. staff ensures there are plenty of towels pool side throughout the day. There are showers to rinse off as well as restrooms for your convenience. The highlight is definitely the staff. They are all so courteous and friendly. They always go out of their way to make us feel not only welcomed but like part of a family. No doubt that if we were ever to have an issue they would make sure it would be resolved. We kind of want to keep this place a secret so it doesn’t get ruined lol but they deserve the recognition and business of anyone who is thinking of staying in Anaheim.

Everything was perfect

We have stayed here so many times over the last 15 years. This time was a little disappointing. The place was just not clean. We found dog treats and dog food in the room upon our arrival. The bathroom still had hair in it from the previous guests. The hotel is getting to be older and could really use some updating.

It was a very quit hotel. There is a big parking area (outdoor). The room was very spacious.

We hadn't breakfast, because the base price didn't contain the breakfast. And the breakfast was very expensive to pay it. There was microwave only on every second floor at the service room instead of every room.
