The room was an upgrade from the original reservation. I assume that it was a staff decision perhaps based on a smaller than anticipated number of guests.

The curtains covering both windows are very worn and need replacing. The grout in the tub/shower needs deep cleaning or replacing. The path of the roads in the area around the hotel were meandering which made it challenging to get to restaurants and gas stations. Even Google Maps got us lost.

Since we were staying there just as a connection to our flight in the morning , it was very nice to have a free shuttle back and forth to the airport. Very nice to have fresh coffee available at 5 a.m.

The suite had a kitchen area. Since we didn’t check in until 9 p.m. we brought tuna to make sandwiches for dinner. It’d been nice to have plastic silverware available for use.

Using the package that included parking for the airport for our 7 day vacation this stay was a very good value. Given the unpredictable weather in Feb in Michigan we were happy to do the hour and 20 minute drive the night before our trip and stay at this comfort suites. The room was clean and well stocked for our short stay there. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good.Most staff were very helpful.

Some staff could have been better presented. One shuttle driver was not helpful when asked were we going to airport he stated u were booked for 11am and walked away it was 2minutes to 11am and we had been waiting 10 minutes.WE ORDERED AN Uber the driver returned and said we are ready to go I told him too late we have an Uber.Not good service. Internally the hotel could do with a change of colour.

The hotel was great, very clean with a wonderful atmosphere. Ladies at the front desk were extremely respectful and greeted everyone with a smile. The room was large with everything I needed.

The surrounding area, getting to the hotel using google maps kinda took me for a loop. Maps took me down through a business district and into the wrong driveway. Nothing wouldn't stop me from me staying there again.

Our flight was canceled around midnight, along with many others. I knew we needed to find somewhere to stay quickly and near the airport. We used the shuttle and were at the property about 30 minutes after making the reservation. They shuttled us back to their airport the next morning.

The room we were in had a foul odor. Almost like smoke and mildew.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very quiet. The room was very clean, smelled good, and had no stains on carpets, even in hallways. Very impressed. Breakfast was delicious as well. The price was great. We will be using this hotel every time we travel through Charlotte.

There were no cons to share as we had a wonderful stay.

Because of the multiple flight delays and 2 cancellations, we came to the hotel around 5 am (after a sleepless night) with 2 kids. We were immediately checked in with no additional charges. We really appreciate it! Breakfast was really good! Great location, close to the airport and to the city center at the same time. Airport shuttle was a bonus!

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had to relocate temporarily because of Helene. This was a great property. The only reason it’s not a 10 is because the indoor pool was great but an incredibly strong mildew smell was present walking in. But beautiful and seemed clean.

The complimentary breakfast in the morning was the best we have experienced in our travels. The woman in charge of the breakfast, best we have ever seen.

Being lied to about shuttle service. I called for pick up from airport, man said not a service offered.
