Price compared to larger extended stay chains.You pay a whole lot more money at big hotel chains and hospitality and cleanliness are not that great.At Studio and Suites 4 less,Housekeeping daily and consistent with deep cleans twice weekly.No long wait for Maintenance.Ample parking. Desk staff friendly and helpful. Felt more relaxed in this hotel.Very good location to maneuver around city.

No onsite laundry, but several laundrymats close by

- Toilet with a grab bar on one side. - Sink is suitable for wheelchair use.

- Bathtub without a handheld showerhead. - The bathroom mirror is too high for wheelchair height. - The room's entrance door is hard and difficult to open. - To reach the property, you must cover the last 200/300 meters on a busy road, as there is no sidewalk.

I like that they work with me. They provided my room at a fast pace. They gave me the room I asked for. If I ever have to change my room for any reason as long as it's in a timely fashion I have no problems.

I don't like being in the back of the hotel it's normally noisy back there.

Room price was very good. Clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel was in process of remodel but my room was done so very nice for price. Location very close to the airport.

The hotel staff at front desk in the morning were either unknowledgeable of taxi fees or didn't care to know. I asked if they could call a taxi and the man replied it would cost $30-35. I asked why the taxi from airport only charged $15. They said there were less taxies available in the mornings and rates were higher. I had to ask for my room checkout receipt. She did not offer to give me one. The taxi driver advised fare to airport was only $15 as that was the minimum for Charlotte for a 3 mile or less ride. The hotel I liked, the staff no. There was no breakfast but that's ok. I enjoyed my stay and this have made my 4th visit to this hotel. They always take care of me.

I like been on the back side with my suite. Lol, But everything went well.

I like the housekeeper Mrs Brenda. she’s very friendly and thorough with cleaning her rooms and making sure guests have all linen they need. hope she gets recognized for a job well done

when I first checked in my room was dirty. it was old used soap in the dish, hair in the shower and on the shower walls. The linen was dingy, it was used washcloths still hanging on the shower rod and it looked like they had skipped cleaning that room. I told ms Brenda and she took care of it

I liked that I was able to have somewhere to stay for cheap prices. Although even for 65.00 a night the water don’t get hot and when you call the office to tell them there’s nothing they can do. If anything the shower should definitely be working.

The shower worked but the hot water didn’t at all employees at the front are rude even tho I don’t have my Actual card ID due to it being stolen as well as it’s hard to get into the dmv for new replicate ID as well as my drivers licenses I still have my Id at all times to be emailed to them they do it once so why not do it again when I come back into town to stay. I’m paying great as well as I usually leave tips but not this place.

Well it was clean ,the hotel grounds were in good condition they elevators all the doors are locked for safety u have to key your self in and out their s a store close by and a restaurant also .

Clean modern room. Friendly front desk staff. After reading some reviews, I was apprehensive. But it far exceeded my expectations.

Some noise being right next to I-85 and close to the airport.

Excellent Excellent.. Me and. My husband. Liked the cleaning of the whole entire room including the bathroom..The lady at the front desk who checked us in was good....We did not see no roaches, no bedbugs and no other bugs as well..that was a big PLUS...so we give this room a 5 star..we really appreciated..

Too MANY noises..at all times of night..other people talking at close to our door....i heard a person banging at the door..during the night and also during the day....That was terrible for us..and we couldn't hardily sleep.at all..Yall need to have security during the day and.especially at night..
