The staff was great, especially the young man who set up and monitored the breakfast each day - he was on top of it, kind, and friendly - great job. The staff also came up to the room on our arrival to plug in the refrigerator and main HVAC units which were not plugged in on our arrival. The hotel was modern and clean, and just 4 minutes to the airport.

The carpet was a bit dated and worn, the toilet needed to be flushed twice per use, and the shower handle weas oddly screwed into the wall but held firm. The TVs in the breakfast area were turned up pretty loud, so we could hear them in one of the 4 rooms that overlooked the breakfast area from the second floor. The cable TV did not have regular channel numbers, but were an odd and confusing series of 31-1, 31-2, 31-3, 32-0, etc. - I thought that went out 10 years ago. None of these are deal-breakers, and the rate was good. We would stay again if the rate remains competitive.

The staff were very accommodating, friendly and ensured that our needs were met. With satisfactory reviews and close proximity to the airport, these were the deciding factors in choosing La Quinta. This will be my go to hotel for all my stays (my daughter flies out every 6 weeks)

The early morning shift of August 8, I encountered one employee with a very bad attitude. His behavior was not acceptable in his current job situation. He did not impress me, and I reported him to the front desks assistant manager before I checked out. I was told he would be reprimanded.

I appreciated the staff and customer service from all the staff that I encountered. They were more than helpful and I really appreciate their willingness to move me to another room when I said, I felt unsafe in a particular room. I also appreciated the decor of the hotel and the mini hotels do not have sensitive skin, friendly products and I appreciate the Dove products that were During the stay. I also very much appreciate it the free Wi-Fi, especially for someone who is in school and working. I didn’t have to worry about as well as trying to put in code for the Wi-Fi.

In our first room, the bolts to the door lock were loose and not screwed in tight enough. When I tried to screw in myself, it still was not tight enough to securely feel safe in the room that I was in. I do appreciate how fast the staff wanted to accommodate us and move us to a different room and did not question our concern of safety.

Sam at the front desk was outstanding. The early morning shuttle driver, a thin guy from a foreign country, was excellent in being inside the building looking for riders and in waiting tillt he scheduled time to shut the door a final time and leave. He also helped load suitcases in and out. Sam dealt with fitness club and related questions well. Price was very good considering room size, microwave and fridge, and fitness center. I loved that the fitness center was quiet. Too often fitness centers have a loud TV or bakcground music [playing. To the fitness center, I took earplugs and earmuffs but didn't need them! It was nice to see Epoch Times for free rather than a newspaper that icnluded ASsociated Press. Associated Press is very biased against conservative values and persons and mixes its opinion in with supposed news stories without identifying what is opinion and what is news. THanks! Ample hot water existed, at least when I used it.

One lamp wasn't plugged in all the way. I thought the bulb was out or socket out, but I eventually discerned the issue.

There was no shuttle service for my late arrival and the taxi was quite expensive relative to the close ness of the facitlity. I wish they had offered shuttle service and I wouldn't have chosen the hotel if I had known - I would have searched for one with shuttle service - but shuttle was advertised - it was only after I had booked and called hotel that I found out that from 12-4 am no shuttle. Breakfast was not so good - ony cereal - and though advertised to be until 10 am (or so I thought - perhaps I made a mistake) at 9:15 they were gathering up everything. Perhaps that was my mistake as to the hours.

Our room looked like it had just been freshly renovated! It was spotless and lovely. King size bed was extremely comfortable, and I love the lounge chair! The blackout curtains really worked well. The bathroom counter was huge and the shower was good. The front desk people were helpful and charming. We greatly appreciated the free shuttle from the airport. We did not book ahead (as requested), but were able to get a pick up within 20 minutes.

On the negative side, don’t plan to get to breakfast 15 minutes before closing. Although the breakfast is good, they were out of a lot of things by that point. When they say the breakfast runs until 9 AM, we feel they should be fully stocked until that time. We were on the top floor, so began hearing planes pretty early in the morning (to be expected when you were just 2 miles from the airport). Maybe staying on a lower floor would be quieter. Also, the hotel sent a checkout request fairly early. I have my phone set to receive messages at eight and that is exactly when I received it. We were still sleeping, so you might want to change that on your phone or have your phone turned off. All these things are small and incidental. We loved our room and were very happy with our stay.

Number one the air conditioning was working very good! I came in right about midnight and the front desk was very helpful as I was tired and disorganized, but he helped me a lot. The bed was comfortable, nice pillows, clean room and a big room, quiet and smelled good. Typical breakfast but good choices. The bread was impressive as it was thick slices of good bread even brioche and the bagels. There were a couple styles to choose from. You had the option to make regular waffles or little mini waffles for the kids. Good coffee. Clean area to eat. They had some scrambled eggs and sausage patties-the quality was what you usually get in free hotel breakfast. Other than that, I was happy with what they offered for breakfast. This will now be my go to hotel as I often stay before and after a flight out of the state for leisurely trips. I did another hotel before my vacation and was not happy with that and it cost more. Thank you for a nice stay after a very long trip to get back to North Carolina.

I can honestly say there was nothing I didn’t like.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, and good breakfast.

Reserved a handicapped room. Was put on 3rd floor and away from elevator. Had the grab bars and extra room and was handicapped equipped. Handicapped on 3rd floor? Fire Alarm at 4 am. Was on 3rd floor with 91 year old with mobility issues away from stairs expected to get her down 3 flights of stairs. Luckily, it wasn't a fire, but something that needs addressed. Handicapped people are usually not able to do stairs. Especially elderly. If it had been a real fire, things could have ended bad.

The breakfast service was wonderful. The room was clean. The staff was friendly.

The pool was closed due to some kind of construction. , which was one of the reasons I chose this property. I also found the inoperable elevators to be a major inconvenience. I also hated the soap. I’ve used dove soap, but found that the Dove cucumber/aloe dried my skin. Stick with the regular Dove soap for sensitive skin.

I liked the fact that I got such a good price on the room and it was fairly easy to book.

There needs to be clearly spelled out that even thought there is no, " security deposit" for the room they will pre-authorize the card you used a second time. Here's a tip try to use your cash app card if at all possible once the second pre-authorization comes through the first one is immediately refunded back to you👍👍
