We had a problem on check in. They gave us a king bed instead of two queens. That won't work for a family! Unfortunately, this was 2 am and we were very tired. They corrected it right away.

We arrived at 2 am and tried to get some sleep, so we woke up a bit later than normal. They stopped serving breakfast at 10:00 am on a Saturday! And 9:30 during the week. Why? If you arrive late, you'll sleep right through breakfast. That was disappointing.

The bed was super soft and comfy. The room was clean and the pillows were plentiful and fluffy. Would definitely stay again.

When I arrived, I was warned by the desk lady that the AC was making a noise but that otherwise it was working. It was making a weird gurgling noise but it actually did not bother us at all. It was kind of like a grey noise for sleep and we slept great. So we did t mind it at all.

Price was very good, staff very nice and friendly.

The beds were really soft, no support. Room had a faint smoky smell, I have allergies to everything but we were told this was the last room on the 1st floor, I survived, no worries. They were getting a new roof and we were worried about the noise but it was quiet.

Everything was great, especially the breakfast! The best we can remember at a hotel, great variety of hot and cold selections. Location is great for restaurants and shopping.

There was a lot of road noise from the Interstate highway till late in the night and the bathtub had a drip that was a bit annoying.

Breakfast was excellent. If they don't have something you like then there is something wrong with you.

When ever I took a shower the floor always was wet. Guessing the curtain is not water proof of doesn't seal right.

Very accommodating, pleasant staff, clean , good breakfast options and comfortable beds and room. Great location for shopping and dining.

Overall, a very nice room.

Bathroom needed repairs. Huge crack in bathroom sink. Shower was good, but old.

The location was excellent.There were numerous restaurants in the area.

The mattress was too soft to sleep on.

When I arrived the staff was very friendly and got me to my room in a timely manner. When I arrived at my room, it was clean and it smelled good.
