Clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Our room was damp and humid despite running the AC constantly (noticeable difference entering the room from the hallway). Even my glasses were fogging in the room. (Room 215) making drying beach towels, bathing suits etc impossible. Made our sheets feel gross. When our room was straightened, the beds weren’t made but rather the covers just neatly arranged.

The location was great. The pool area that also has a nice toddler section was great yet could be a little warmer as my babies got way too cold too fast, but after finding a few warm spots they were ok and loving it. There’s Free parking. Breakfast was good thanks. The shower was nice and warm with great settings and water pressure. Apart from when it was raining the, cable network was good. Great helpful friendly staff. The beds were comfy.

The unknown wet spot on the floor in our room after checking in. The AC that could use some more cleaning as I was so hesitant about using knowing I have babies in the room. But I had to turn it on because of the warmth of the weather even though my youngest began sneezing once on. The room could use some deep cleaning, was dusty, and had bits of snacks in corners. There was a bucket place outside my door to catch water from a leaky ceiling leaving dried paint debris on the floor which I had to asked housekeeping to vacuum next morning so we could have a clean entrance to our room.

Upon arrival, staff at check-in was very welcoming, provided all the information we needed for our stay, from breakfast times, pool hours, and where to catch the bus to ride down to the boardwalk. When we thought our tv was broken, staff was right there in seconds and helped fix the TV. The room was great, larger than expected, was nice and cold when we walked in. The room was nice and clean, from the bath towels to the bedsheets. Overall I would have to say our stay was great, especially it being a last minute trip at an affordable price, I would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the beaches and so many shopping centers and restaurants even in walking distance. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful upon check in she handed us printed papers of the festivities scheduled in the area. The heated pool was such a nice accommodating spot to relax after the beach. Breakfast was decent variety.

A little outdated and some things rusted or broken but overall comfortable stay no issues. The basketball court area was not open as well unfortunately for my sons.

Breakfast was great! Lots of choices, Would like to see more fresh fruit. Beds were super comfortable and soft pillows. Room was good, A bit small but good nonetheless. Bathroom a bit small but the shower was very nice. Room service was provided, beds made every day. Very nice. Staff always smiling at the front desk. Towels always stocked at the pool. We loved the ice cream freezer in the lobby.

We wish the hotel provided SMART tvs, as we were limited on what we could watch. Our safe did not work but the hotel was quick to replace the batteries to try to fix it. Thanks a lot!

The location was perfectly centered next to everything but tucked back from the main room. The staff was exceptional with service. The pool was heated and they had a little toddler area which was a nice surprise and offered fun for all of our kids from 13-2.

I appreciate the staff members who always make sure each customer has an excellent experience. For instance, we had a great time playing board games while our kids chatted nearby. One of the staff members brought several games for our children, and Lego was one of their favorite toys! Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Breakfast was fairly okay, largely due to the quality of the scrambled eggs.

Carol the manager, and the girls at the front desk were great.,and caring. I loved the pool,and the pool hours. AWESOME. We also had our baby Scooter with us, He was very Happy as well. Also, the cleaning staff was caring, and helpful. We have decided to make SLEEP INN by CHOICE HOTELS. our new place to stay when we are in Rehoboth Beach. I'm usually difficult to please with hotels, but not SLEEP INN. I LOVED IT.

There was nothing I didn't like.

1.Staff were exceptionally courteous and professional. 2.Very good breakfast, including eggs, sausages and waffles. 3.We were upgraded for free to a king suite! 4.The room was big and very clean, bed was comfortable. 5.Bathroom was spacious. 6.Previous guests mentioned hotel noise outside rooms, we had a very quiet night. 7.Ample free car parking spaces.

The only slightly annoying complaint, was with regards to room wall sockets, many of them were a bit worn out probably from years of use.Which resulted in the plugs on my electronic devices not remaining in place in some of the wall sockets.Definitely not a deal breaker though!

I like the staff they really make you feel like your apart of there family. They care about each other and it exstends to the people who stay there. I want to thank Carrol, Bobbie and Dawn for all the help and concern they showed my husband and I we had car trouble and they were so helpful.
