The room was clean and I really loved the pillows. They were thick and of good quality. It also was great that each bed had a set of 4 pillows. I always hate how hotels would have like 2 super flat pillows per bed and think that's good enough. But not this one, this one was clean and comfortable for a good price! I definitely would be coming back and recommend this hotel for staying in Milton.

The refrigerator in the room wasn't that cold. It didn't really bother us because we only really needed the room for sleeping, (was out most of the time) and the ice machine was close to our room so we used it for our drinks when we were there. Also there was no hair dryer, I saw it had a hook on the wall for it but there wasn't one. But again it wasn't a big deal for me.

Staff especially in the evening of my arrival was most helpful. Also the staff early Tuesday on my departure all were very helpful and very warm personality. One point I would like to bring out is Monday on my arrival late afternoon, the Lady shoulder length light hair, at the counter was polite and all. She never smiled and I know it may sound silly but you expect at least one smile from the staff at the front desk. She was VERY polite but needs to smile and make people coming in feel good. Hope that makes sense.

I thought the rooms were very nice (first time there). After I had been in my room for a few hours, I had to call the front desk, to inform them, I had a spider in my room. The Lady at the front desk said she would come to my room and she did immediately. She saved the day, it was on the roof of my room and I was afraid it would jump, I waited at the door of the room. It did not jump she was able to get it with a broom and flush it down the toilet. YAY!! Sorry I do not have name but she was short and had dark hair. Super nice.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. We got 2 queen beds. The staff was friendly. Pool area was clean and quiet, which we appreciated. The breakfast was free and there was a variety of items to choose from. We also liked that they had a small selection of drinks and snacks for sale at the front desk.

The staff was great, our AC quit in the room, maintenance was there in about 5 minutes to check the AC [which went out], they moved us down the hallway a couple of rooms away, the AC in that room could have froze meat if you needed it to.

The bed could have been softer for the wife, but I can sleep on concrete.

Breakfast was good. It included hot meal choices (eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, grits, etc.), fresh fruit, and good coffee. Would like to have had orange juice, especially since we were in Florida. Comfortable seating. Bed was comfortable. Nice linens and pillows. Convenient late checkin and parking. Quiet location.

Grounds were not as well groomed as we had expected from booking photos. Room had a musty, unpleasant odor.

It was very clean everywhere. Absolutely spotless.

I just wish I would’ve changed my room. I was by the pool and it was very loud with the gate gates going in and out not their fault but I should’ve changed rooms.

Super awesome, friendly, accommodating staff. The lady who checked us in was not very friendly but beyond her, (who we never saw again during our stay), everyone else could not be any more friendly and accommodating. I would still recommend to others and I would stay there again.

Quietness , cleanliness, friendliness of the staff. Have yet to try the breakfast they offer. This was our third stay so definitely stay there again.

Loud fan in bathroom.

Good location for quick access to the highway. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Soft towels. Ok for a night or two.

No food option close by, 20 min drive for choices of food.

All of my interactions with the staff were great. The room seemed clean and was reasonably comfortable.

The toilet was loud when flushing from mechanical issues. Card was only activated for one night when we were staying for 2 nights.
