Very very nice for a Hampton. Comfortable. Lil roof top bar was nice with small bites and the bartender was great. Breakfast was decent.

Valet was ridiculous. $45 a nite and the guy with the mullet was extremely rude. Waited forever for car after even using app. Didn't speak. Had to find someone else to go get the car. Waited forever when we returned for someone to get the car. For those prices a night I expected better service.

I took the MARTA from the airport directly to the hotel, which was super easy and only $2.50, v/s $25.00 uber. The hotel breakfast is WONDERFUL! Eating breakfast on the outdoor patio watching the sunrise is peaceful. Every single staff person I encountered (this is my 2nd stay) was incredibly friendly and helpful. The Whole Foods, is literally two blocks up the street, BONUS! The bed was heavenly, and the shower experience was spa like.

I forget to remember to leave my key out, as it's necessary to access the floors. However, it's a safety measure, which I appreciate.

The location was excellent, The breakfast was good, The friendly staff were awesome & The cleanliness of the hotel was on point.

The lobby is on the top floor. Instead of being on the bottom per usual checking in or checking out, it was a bit much to do. We had to use our room key just to press the floor number that we wanted to go to each time we got on the elevator, we understood the concept, but after a few times of doing this, it becomes annoying. Breakfast was always crowded & the dining area is very small, not much room to fix ur breakfast nor to sit & eat. The driveway for the valet area to bring u ur car or for u to bring ur car back is super small, hardly no room to maneuver in that area.

Almost all staff were friendly and very helpful! The location was great, and I liked that the lobby was on the 20th floor. I also like the room and its view, it was comfortable and it had a microwave which was nice.

A lot of the things at breakfast ran out with 45 minutes until the breakfast ended which didn’t allow some people to get things like oatmeal and waffles. Also, before checkout we had housekeepers knocking on the door at 9am asking if they could clean even though we were told we could checkout by 12pm. They came to knock 3 more times before we finally checked out.

We had stayed at a Hampton Inn & Suites just the night prior in Knoxville, TN and that was very nice. I felt the one in Midtown, Atlanta was even nicer. We were there for less than 24h and just needed somewhere to sleep and to workout real quick given all the driving we'd been doing. Everything was perfect. I have also never been to Midtown in Atlanta and that neighborhood is just spectacular. Your staff was also very welcoming and helpful; also, very honest when we asked them about parking. I actually wish we would've stayed longer and had been able to chill for a drink at the bar up top; we had no time for that, but it was a very nice little area and amenity that not all other Hampton Inn & Suites have.

I don't LOVE that you have to pay for parking.

Location was pretty great. It's right next to the MARTA station and whole foods market which worked out great for us. The cleanliness was top notch. The room had everything we needed and the WiFi was pretty good too

Breakfast was OK. The lobby is on the top floor which makes food deliveries a little inconvenient. The person at the reception that checked us in was not very friendly and he didn't give any information about checkout time, wifi, breakfast etc. I thought it'd be on a card in the room but had to go back and ask again.

Loved the location. This was the first hotel we stayed in where the lobby was on the top floor. Very cool! Hotel was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Plus they gave us an upgrade to a larger room which was nice. We could only stay for one night since we were still traveling and it was a pitstop for us. We will definitely keep this location in mind for our next trip to Atlanta!

The were 2 negatives...the coffee cups were so small (sorry I'm a coffee drinker!) and we had to use the valet parking because of a concert going on next door where the self park was and it was full. Not the hotel's fault but I would have liked to have been able to save a few bucks since this wasn't our final stop.

It was a perfect location for my needs. The facility is new and comfortable. No odor. The beds was good enough. The heater was good as well.

I wasn't expected to pay an extra $45 for wallet parking in the hotel. The main reason to take more expensive hotel in the city center is to avoid to pay for parking during meeting next morning. But finally I paid more for hotel and double price for parking. Which doesn't have any sense for me. Next time I definitely will take some more budget friendly hotel 20 -30 minutes away but with parking.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and I loved that housekeeping is back to daily basis.

I was expecting a better breakfast. I know it's the basic op, but the quality has decreased a lot. Eggs were really tasteless. They didn't have a decent variety in fruits, yogurt options were only flavored, with added sugar and very little protein. I always look for healthy options in food since I'm a fitness trainer, so it was disappointing that the hotel didn't offer any. The options offered were very poor in taste and nutrients. Coffee was also very bad but I understand this part a little, since we like strong espressos and it's understandable that option is not common.

The property was clean, modern, up- to-date. Two Q beds with very spacious clean bathroom , closet , flat screen TV, microwave and refrigerator. Reception is on the top floor along with a very spacious dining/ breakfast area. Valet parking was a plus as it was a very cold weekend. I appreciate the gentleman’s / valet kindness and personality. Close proximity to many restaurants and the Atlanta Symphony Hall.

I wish a Keurig was available in the room. I travel with my own pods and do not care for the hotel coffee.
