I asked for my bed to be changed while I was out and I was told they couldn't do it! I NEVER EVER STAY AT A HOTEL AND THEY TELLE THAT MY BED COULDN'T HAVE CLEAN BEDDING AND MY BATHROOM COULDN'T BE CLEAN AND TRASH TAKEN OUT AND SINCE I SPENT MY MONEY I EXPECT CLEAN LENIN, BATHROOM AND TRASH TAKEN OUT! I FEEL LIKE SOME OF MY MONEY SHOULD BE REFUNDED! AND I'M GOING TO SPREAD IT AROUND BECAUSE I AM A BLOGGER

This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. It was a nice budget hotel and was clean enough to feel comfortable in. The staff were so wonderful and accommodating! Shavani especially was so sweet from the second we checked in. She was so understanding when we needed anything and was happy to help us with it. She really made our stay here a great one!

There was pretty much no soundproofing inside the hotel room, so you can hear dogs barking and babies crying in other rooms around you. Also, there were some stains on the bed sheets. (The actual beds were clean otherwise) But the staff had no problem replacing them with fresh ones for us! None of these things ruined our stay whatsoever.

The hotel staff was awesome.Shavonnie helped me with an extra 2 nights and fixed it so we wouldn't have to change rooms because of my 81 yr old mother...She managed to arrange the handicap accommodations that we needed and made it so we could stay in one room the whole trip....all the staff were very friendly and very helpful!! If I am ever in the area again...I would definitely stay here again!!

Location to my final destination and proximity to conveniences (restaurants, grocery stores, etc)

My “non-smoking” room smelled of cigarettes. The collection of persons lingering around on the balconies smoking a variety of items made it a bit uncomfortable getting to and from my room. The ice machine on the second floor did not work, which I needed to help with an injury I sustained that day.

The area was close to the places I had to go, hotel was nice room large, breakfast was ok no juice I was in California last month at super 8 breakfast was way better but I was satisfied

Everything was okay breakfast could have been cleaner it poured down raining had to wade water up to my ankles to get to my room

Nice neighborhood and quiet area. Rarely sleep in Hotel/Motels, but the bed was really comfy slept great every night.

Didn't clean the room until requested. We stayed 5 nights. Cleaning and fresh towels should be done no later than the 3rd day. This should be a given not have to be requested.

I loved everything The staff was very kind and very knowledgeable about their job I enjoyed every bit of being there

I originally came down to be in Tybee Island even though that the hotel is 30 minutes away it wasn't that bad

The whole experience has been great!! The people here are very friendly and very accommodating. We thank them for the extra time they took to make sure we had 2 extra nights so I wouldn't have to move my 81 yr old mother to a different hotel ....the staff was awesome!! Would stay here again if in this area again!!!

Close and available last minute . Field for picnic, baseball with family and dog, good breakfast. Waking distance from many things. Hot shower

We stayed for 6 nights, and I have to say what impressed me the most was a couple of the staff. One of the female staff couldn’t have been sweeter and really connected with people. This stands out to me.
