It was very clean my family and I always stays there the staff was excellent they did accommodate us very well.

For some reason I got real sick real bad with the pillows they have now, that was a very first time I got real sick, I think they need to change the pillows, and I think they should have more options on a food menu because it wasn't as good as it used to be, like I said we've been staying there for years and it wasn't nowhere near as good as it used to be and the options was horrible.😡

The first night service is very bad. I asked for a vaccum and couldn't get to me. Then the second day is a lot better. And most of the cleaners dont speak engl, so it was hard to communicate with them. I believe that if the hotel provides a continneal breakfast, more people will stay. Due to the cost of the hotel fee and charging a buffet for people to eat, which is more money.

Hotel is not new, but largely well maintained. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable, shower was strong enough. TV and internet worked well, and parking was plentiful and free. Across the highway were lots of shops, and highway access is very good

Elevators were working well, but could do with some cleaning, and some elevator trims look really worn out. Quite a distance from downtown due to the traffic on the highway

Everything's been great: the staff, breakfast, the gym... The spacious and comfy bedroom... They make your room every single day. Located in Hillside, right next to the bus stop that takes you to the blue line to go to Chicago downtown, it's a few minutes from Brothers Mexican Grill restaurant (that's really good, I have to say), the petrol station and a Walgreens. On the other side of the road there's the Hillside bowl and if u walk further down there's a big supermarket, a couple of restaurants, shops and a doughnut bakery (Krispy Kreme) that's just amazing...! I'll definitely go back to Best Western Chicago next time I fly to Chicago.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, fan in the bathroom, ample parking and close to highway, restaurants and stores. Staff was very friendly. Hotel lobby very clean and welcoming.

The restaurant was not open 24 hours as indicated on website. Website is now updated and no longer states hours of operation (only shows for cocktail lounge). Was told that restaurant was open until 9pm the night we arrived. When we went down at 8:45p it was already closed. Went for breakfast the next day to find a very limited menu and the soda pop was flat. There was also a very odd smell in the room that completely turned us off from wanting to eat. Ended up leaving without ordering.

Clean room. Value for the area. Not very far to train station to ride into Chicago. Took a little over and hour to make the trip. Rail transit staff was very helpful in guiding us where we needed to go.

Didn’t realize marijuana was legal in Illinois. People sitting out front of the hotel smoking it. The smoke made me sick to my stomach while trying to pack up our car. 🤮

The location was the best for our travel, the staff was friendly and helpful.

My room was cleaned at, it was unclean behind the TV stand and night stand. I think bleach or some kind of cleaning agent should have been used in the bathroom because around the toilet smelled like urine.

Sign in person was great. Easy access to cart to carry luggage. Shower was great.

Didn't like animals bei g allowed. Had to change rooms because 1st fl room given requ i red luggage to be carried up steps to the room and our ages wete 69 and 80. Requested iron but it never came.

Staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy access to downtown and other areas we visited while in Chicago

We had a room facing the interstate and I am a light sleeper away from home.
