The location is super convenient for somewhat spread out city like St Louis and the suburbs. Having almost immediate access to Highway 40 is really helpful and being in the Valley gives you access to tons of leisure activities, shopping, dining, bars, etc right outside your door. The lobby coffee is good!

The staff were kind but not overly friendly. The cleanliness could be a little better. Nothing was overtly dirty but we found a key card in our room that wasn’t ours so it was clearly missed by cleaning staff.

We needed a room on short notice as the family member we were supposed to stay with had a medical emergency. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel smelled fresh, everything was very clean and the front desk staff was professional and polite. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice breakfast offerings. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I can't remember when we stayed at a better overnight location. Great value for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast area was very nice. Plenty of room and food selection was good. Staff was very nice. They welcomed us and each time we left they engaged with us.

We wanted to rebook on Memorial weekend for just one night and were told we must take 2 nights because of the holiday. So we will look elsewhere.

Booking.com falsely and knowingly continue to list the suite with whirlpool at Hampton inn in Chesterfield mo. After booking the suite with no whirlpool i tried as long with the GM at hotel to call. We was lied and hung up on

Indoor pool was great to have. I wasn't expecting a suite with a kitchen so that was a pleasant surprise.

Extra Kleenex and toilet paper in the room would have been nice. During our 2-day stay we ran out of both and had to get them from the front desk.

A Hilton experience but not as expensive. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Has the digital capability which allow the guest to get in room, check in and out with a phone. This is great. Very nice staff.

Great central location, close to shops and restaurants. Only about 25 minutes from the city. Great staff, full breakfast and very clean pool. Overall was quiet and clean. We had the king suite and it had a full sized fridge and 2 burner stove, just a really nice hotel. 24 hour fresh coffee was in the lobby, and we were able to add an extra night to our stay in the room with zero problems. We will be back!

We stayed 6 nights and housekeeping didn't come tidy the room throughout. Nothing major, but emptying trash and restocking towels would have been good. Staff was very responsive though with any requests when we needed more linens and a couple toiletries we forgot.

The staff was helpful in changing our room when one with a sleeper sofa wasn't available. The room was clean and comfortable. My older kids had a blast in the pool with my husband while I put the little one to bed. The breakfast options were great! Everyone was able to find something that they could eat and would satisfy them for a while. The lady working in the breakfast room, Irene, was so kind and made us smile.

My only complaint is that the toilet paper holder in the room kept coming out of the counter. It was such a minor thing.

I loved how close this hotel was to The Factory and how close it was to all kinds of food places and grocery stores/convenience stores!

I think the only complaint I had was the bed I slept in, it was really noisy.

It was directly across from the venue we were attending. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Definitely will be staying there again.

Nothing, it seemed like a safe and secure location.
