The room was large and spacious. Breakfast was outstanding and the lady preparing the breakfast needs a raise! She was amazing with keeping up with the crowd and making sure everything was restocked.

Room was very nice but maybe a bit too dark. The bed was comfortable but the bed linens were a bit worn and the fitted sheet kept popping off the edges. Not sure why a room that size would be outfitted with just one double bed. Should have a king bed in the room. Also, in the summer the bed needs to have lighter blanket/comforter. Covering up with just a sheet was not enough but nearly suffocated when the quilted blanket was pulled up.

Room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good

The only drawback was the $25 charge they wanted to add to my bill because I wanted to check in 25 minutes early. We were tired from a long ride and needed to rest. Another Best Western let us check in early and even upgraded our room to a suite because our original room was not ready. Please let the management know that we will be looking at the competition next time we're in town.

The hotel is not new but was attractively decorated. Our king bed room was small but well organized and decorated with attention to detail. I did not give the highest rating because of the difficulty we had with the TV remote and lack of premium channels. It seems there was a disruption with the service provider. It was disappointing after a long day. On the upside, the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was better than most.

We needed a place to sleep for one night last minute because we had to check-out our last hotel due to bad circumstances. So we arrived at the hotel and asked them to show us the rooms - what they did. Also they were able to check us in right away to our rooms. We were very happy to found a hotel which was comfortable, clean and had a very comfortable bed. It’s close by to a lot of shopping area around. Breakfast was also good!

It’s a little bit more outside of the downtown area of Santa Fe.

The bed was fantastic -- it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. This has not been my experience with motel rooms in general, but it was that good at Best Western Plus in Santa Fe, NM. The breakfast was good, too, and generous, not just a muffin and coffee. I was there, because I moved to Santa Fe.

This isn't something that can be fixed, but my room was a bit far from the elevator. If I ever stay there again, I'll ask for one that's closer.

We've stayed here before and it still meets all the expectations. Good breakfast, smiles all around, and comfortable furniture. Didn't have the dog this time, but it's great for them, too. Good shopping, restaurants, and gas all close.

The only thing I didn't like was that they were sold out. Thank you booking for getting us in while we were still on the highway and just in the nick of time before they sold out.

Breakfast options were good, self serve coffee machine made the best cup of coffee I've had in years!! Bed was very comfortable, room was a good size and lots of lighting.

The price for a stay where the elevator was not working properly, made me feel like maybe management could do better at running a hotel.

The room was nice and comfortable. A little dark but that was due to the decor. Bed was very comfortable. Liked the bedding as well. My husband thought this hotel did a great job with the breakfast. The lady working it was doing a great job and was keeping it clean. He also like the coffee and hot tea station. Very nice selection.

The tub didn't drain and the water pressure for the shower was weak. Therefore, while taking a shower, you were standing in water in a VERY slick tub. Would be easy for someone with poor balance to slip.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bed was the best part of the stay. The price was good. There was a good amount of parking. Nice location - lots of options for food within 1 mile or less.

Breakfast was fine but not great. The front desk individual was not particularly friendly. The rooms are definitely not soundproof - there was a lot of noise.

Cozy and comfortable. For the most part of our visit the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and full of variety. Staff were extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable! I was extremely impressed with the staff kindness!

It was a large hotel and a little bit out in the boonies from Santa Fe… But it’s location led a quick drive into town, so it was not inconvenient.
