The room was clean, friendly staff, short walk to the beach! It was nice to be able to go down and have a cookie and nightly cooked chili. Breakfast being available until 10am was great too!

We requested a room with a balcony facing the beach and we felt like it wasn't even attempted to be honored despite the hotel looking empty. Our balcony facing the back of the building was covered in spider webs and had a few spiders so we didn't get to enjoy it. We were placed in the far back of the building and it was kinda hard to find at first and our key cards didn't work for the door closest to the entrance to get to our room

Convenient location, short walk to a popular beach. Pet friendly was a bonus. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice, which is important on the coast. And I hope they can keep the evening chili as a regular thing. It was pretty decent chili.There’s also a nice lake side park just across the driveway. The balcony was a nice touch.

Free breakfast is basically what you’d expect. Nothing fancy, but filling.

First thing after a very friendly check-in, we got to eat warm cookies. Then an hour later, very good chili and cornbread was served which we appreciated after being on the road. The breakfast was very good and a nice start to each day. Having the beach across the road was really a treat. The beds were so very comfortable, thank you for that! Any questions that we had were kindly answered at the front desk. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub/jacuzzi. The little shops in the area were few, but that's ok because the ocean was beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 days at the Comfort Inn.

The temperature of the pool could have been a little warmer for us older people, but it was fine for the younger set! Wasn't sure if the cloudiness was from the sand that people drag in there in their suits or ? I know there was alot of sand in the hot tub. Too bad some don't shower before entering like you ask them to!

Great hot breakfast, including waffle maker, eggs, bacon one day, and sausage another. There's cereal, muffins, bagels, juice, and coffee to start off your day... I was even shocked to find they were serving chili on one of the nights I stayed, which was pretty good 😋 The bed was super comfortable. The morning sunrise from the balcony. Within walking distance to the beach and devils lake. The indoor pool and hot tub were a delightful highlight of my stay. I definitely recommend Comfort Inn & Suites, and I will be booking here again, for my next trip to Lincoln City.

The white comforter/blanket on the bed had a plain as day coffee stain. If there's a stain that is bad and noticeable, even though you've washed it. If it doesn't come out, toss it away. It doesn't look good and clean to most guests. I, however, have worked in housekeeping and know it was clean, just stained.

We've stayed at Choice Hotels for years. Even during C-19 the hotel staff was kind, helpful, efficient and informative. This Comfort Inn & Suites is a favorite because it's near Kyllo's restaurant (great seafood & dessert) with the ocean right off the "D" inlet and in walking distance to the beach.

Some pet owners could do a better job with wet paws and hair left in elevator. The hotel has enough cleaning up after messy humans. The staff deserve a huge THANK YOU for their tireless efforts in seeing guests are comfortable and satisfied.

Breakfast was fantastic. Also really love that they put out chili for dinner. The staff is always super friendly and the beds are very comfortable. The walk to the beach is very short. For a nearly beach-front room in a hotel with free breakfast and a delightful hot tub, this is a great value.

Pool heater was broken, which was a bummer. (Although it made for some good cold plunging 😅) While I have no complaints about the actual beds, the hotel in general feels a bit dirty. The pool area is kept cleaner than a lot of hotels though, which I appreciate.

The bed was very comfortable, hot tub was hot, chili every evening was excellent and warm cookies every afternoon. I was a little worried because of the previous reviews but was very pleasantly impressed. Staff was great, especially the afternoon shift front desk person was awesome. Pretty decent breakfast also. Everything looked and felt clean. We will definately stay here again.

I didn't care for the faucet in the bathroom. Had to be very careful when turning it on because it sprays everywhere. There was a medium sized spot on the carpet just as u walk in.

The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was good as well.

We have stayed there a couple of times now and was always comfortable but this trip was a little disappointing. The room we stayed in was roomy and had a view of the ocean from the balcony but the carpet had a terrible smell, even my husband commented on it. Smelled like dirty socks or something, It was just unpleasant. My husband said he didn't want to stay there again if he has to put up with that kind of lack of cleaning 😒 But other than that, our stay was ok. Thank you.

Pool was heated. Hot tub was nice. Great location for activities- near beach. Breakfast was very good

Dripping faucet in bathroom. Key card had to be used several times to work and open the room and pool doors. Told TV remote did not work but it worked fine for us. Found a beverage bottle in our room by the footstool from previous occupants. Little things that kept adding up to prevent an excellent review.

Loved the room and layout! It was so close to everything and an easy walk to the beach. Staff was super friendly. Nice amenities! Got a free room upgrade. We didn’t bring our dog, but we loved that it was a pet friendly hotel! 10/10 would go again.

Some parts of the room made creaking noises like it was going to fall through the floors. Elevator scared us a bit. Loved the balcony, but not the view of the back parking lot. Went on the weekend so it was a bit more expensive.
