Size of room. Beds comfortable. Breakfast good (saus/egg/waffle etc)but repetitive.(5day stay)Plenty of room for crock pot & biscuits/gravy maybe. Lg bathroom,excellent water pressure. Friendly,professional staff.Found me an extra chair for room.

Had guest laundry,2nd floor (I was on 1st) , not an issue. No seating, or anywhere to fold or hang clothes in the room. They had room for bench & small table up against the wall. I am in my mid-70s, so I wasn't inclined to go up and down the elevator to our room until finished. Found one chair in the lobby on 2nd floor to wait it out. Not sure how often House Keeping cleans the washers/dryers, but the large washer was filled with ""grass clippings"" in morning. As we have a dog some out side benches would be nice. Feel the condition of the desk chair brought the nice room, down !!

The breakfast was great, it had a good verity of food.

On a holiday weekend and the hotel was full the pool filter system wasn't working. It just didn't happen. There were all kinds of things floating. A baby with a diaper on and water just coming out. It says swim diaper only ,but if it doesn't get in forced then that is what happens and you swim in it. The more you move the more you see the dirt.

All of the staff was pleasant, some of the staff was great. Overall cleanliness was good and it was a pretty quiet, relaxing stay. My room was spacious, neat and functional. It had all of the basic hotel necessities. Also, a huge bonus for being pet friendly.

The shampoo and conditioner in the shower aren't personal bottles, they're bottles mounted to the wall, and you don't know who used them last. Also, there was a blood stain I found on the sheet, it was definitely very old and had obviously been washed MULTIPLE times since the exposure, but it was still an ugly sight to see.

The beds are very comfortable.

We stopped here on our way to TN and on the way back. Karen, both times, was not very friendly. The first visit the room was clean and in great shape. Our second stay was not as nice. We had to change rooms because the king room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The double queen was in rough shape. The furniture, bathrooms etc were worn and in need of improvements.

I found the decor and color choices to be really pleasant! Breakfast was fine. So grateful to have somewhere I could stay with my dog. The one gentleman working the morning shift was so kind, outgoing, and was truly invested in hospitality; I really appreciated that!

Like most places, it could have used a deeper clean. Also not sure what the trend is with hotels using these small feather pillows on the beds??? I prefer a standard size pillow and not a fan of feathers

Very clean. Quiet for being close to highway. Intimate. Friendly. Staff were excellent. And the shampoo, conditioner, soap so top of the line. Loved that.

Parking was tight. Hot water for tea at welcome desk was cold. Grate in my shower was very loose and dangerous. Clock wasnt on right time. Only one tea bag for caffeinated tea. Pillows were too small. And towels were non absorbent just pushed water from my body.

The breakfast was fine, the room was comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly although the front desk was very slow on check in. Quiet location. Friendly guests.

We could not find it!!!! The street has no sign. We went around and around. We used car gps, apple and google maps. We could not find it. I can't tell you how long we went around in circles. It looks like you are driving into a shopping lot for a mall or something rather than a road at all. Once you have found it you are fine, but I would not go by myself without a patient navigator.

Egg and sausage available for breakfast plus usual cereal and breads. Server did ask if anyone wanted a waffle and he would make. Could do with a little fresh fruit. Very comfortable bed and good service from front desk. Good location for meals close by and supermarket for groceries and take out.

Pool was not open at the time.

Staff friendly Joe from breakfast, front desk and cleaners were very accommodating and friendly. Location has several restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. The cleanliness of the building is amazing they vacuum every day the communal areas and also washed the floors. Staff was willing to clean the room anytime you wish and supplied clean towels daily. They went above and beyond and provided friendly and efficient service
