My wife and I were given a newly renovated room in what appears to be an older motel. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet, except for when a truck parked on the street rumbled off in the morning. We decided to skip breakfast and head to a coffee shop instead. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Location

No breakfast. Just coffee and a very small muffin. The room was not ready upon arrival, which was after 3 pm. The room door off and poorly lighted.

I called the front desk and told them my microwave wasn’t working and they were nice about it and replaced it!

Most of the time there was no one in the front office when we would go down to ask questions. Parking was always full I had to park in the back of the building.

Everyone was really nice and friendly and respectful and the lady at the front desk at night was super nice and friendly she is a very special lady... As well as the cleaning stuff and the guys at the front desk during the day.... Thanks for making a trip that was because of a sick family member into a nice experience..... Great hotel Great staff... Will for Sure stay again....

Very close to organic grocery stores and downtown. Excellent ratio quality price. Free parking spot right outside of the room. Family run, friendly and kind staff.

Basic room with basic essentials, had everything you need . It was a good stay for a short time

They offer breakfast , its simple doea the job (bring your own spreads as there is only butter) coffee wasn't the best, weird tasting ,even the bolds not strong

Everything one needs for a short stay. I liked that there was a TV channel guide included for those who like to explore international TV while travelling. Staff were nice and helpful.

Really liked the location, very close to UVA. My room was clean and comfortable. Felt safe.

Parking wasn't ideal once it got busy. But I could still see my car out my door on the street. Breakfast was ok, located in the check-in office, not much room in there. Yogurt, orange, apple, muffins, toast, cereal.

Front desk and telephone contact people were excellent. Asking me when I called for early check-in request if I meant to book a smoking room (which I had done by mistake) and handling request for late check out, half a dozen interactions in the office, always polite and valuable. Housecleaning was amazing, and my room was reset every day with clean linen etc, thank you!

More parking? And I could hear the noise in the room above me.

No sit in breakfast area, to go only. Didn't want to wake my friend when I wake up early.
