This hotel is excellent! We stayed 3 nights and had such a great experience. The front desk staff was helpful, warm and knowledgeable. Check in and Check out only took about 5-10 minutes. Our room was cleaned daily and the gym in the hotel was great! The location was amazing!!!! Only about a 20 minute walk to the National Mall, Washington Monument and White House - making it easy to explore and get the most out of your stay in the area. Even areas like Lincoln Theater and the Capitol are an easy bike/scooter ride away (there are those electric scooters everywhere to pickup). There was also 2 very close metro stops which we utilized to get around town too! Georgetown was a straight 20 minute walk down the road which made for a great shopping day! Also, important to mention the delicious restaurants and cafes around the hotel area to quickly walk to! Area was safe and so convenient!!!!! No complaints!! Just so happy that we made the right choice to stay at St. Gregory Hotel!!

The hotel is beautiful on the outside and inside. It gives very luxe vibes, and it’s in such a prime location in DuPont. We walked everywhere during our entire stay! Just small things that were minor inconveniences, such as the tub was hard to turn on/change water temp and the sink flooded every time. We also didn’t have a tv remote in our room even though our room had two tvs, and we called the front desk twice to get a remote which they never brought. We had to go down to the front desk to physically ask for a remote. Our iron also didn’t work but luckily there was a steamer. Again, small things, but overall really enjoyed our stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The St. Gregory Hotel in DC/Dupont Circle. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Dupont Circle, with easy access to everything the city has to offer. My room was stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. I want to give a special shoutout to Marcus at the front desk, who went above and beyond with his customer service. From helping with check-in and making sure I had everything I needed; Marcus was professional, friendly, and made my stay even more enjoyable. His warmth and attentiveness truly stood out and made a lasting impression. If you're visiting DC and want a stay that combines luxury, comfort, and excellent service in a prime location, I can't recommend The St. Gregory Hotel enough. I'll definitely be returning!

The check in experience was wonderful, Marcus at the front desk was very accommodating in offering me a complimentary upgrade to ensure that my experience was amazing.

The bed was not acceptable and really ruin the stay. The sheets were piling and lint. With my pajama it constantly felt like someone was crawling on me. It's also kind of off that the place doesn't have actual have duvet,a and I was so unfortable I needed to sleep cross ways on the bed wrapped like a burrito so I can sleep on something smooth. The bathroom also had shared toiletries but the tops were locked and all I can think of is someone putting things in it.

Friendly and super helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room, exceeded my expectations overall, would certainly stay again! Due to airport closure, had to extend my stay and staff were so helpful and made it possible for me to remain in the same room.

Communication between staff could be improved -- when I extended my stay early in the morning with the front desk, housekeeping should have been alerted: they thought I had checked out and my belongings were removed from the room. Luckily I got most of my things back, however unfortunately my $90 electric toothbrush had been thrown away. The housekeeper was very apologetic and did provide a manual toothbrush which helped tide me over, however nobody offered to reimburse me for the $90 toothbrush.

Large comfortable rooms, close to different food options and coffee, a Metro Mart was only a few minutes walk away. Beds, showers and towels were great. We were able to walk to the Lincoln Memorial and George Washington University really easily and the White House was a comfortable walk for us. The hotel supplied umbrella was also a bonus given the weather we encountered

Rooms should have a kettle as standard, there was a machine noise which was constant and might be annoying to some people who stay in the room (913) we did.

The lobby was very modern and nicely appointed. The staff greeted me daily in a friendly manner. The room had a comfortable sitting area, large bathroom and comfortable bed. The hotel is within walking distance of the Dupont Circle Metro and Farragut North Metro. It is also near plenty of restaurants. I did not dine at the restaurant in the hotel, but every time I walked through the lobby it was packed.

The AC/heating unit was very loud. It woke me out of my sleep so much so that at night I would turn it off. The unit also looked like it could use a filter and a little more upkeep. The thing that surprised me was that housekeeping showed up later in the afternoon, after 4:30 & 5pm. Not sure if this is the weekend routine, but it was a little disrupting after spending all day out and just wanting to get ready for dinner or figure out next steps. The interactions that I had with the women who took care of housekeeping were very nice and thoughtful.

Location was great, larger room than most for this price, good amenities: in room (mini fridge, balcony with a great view, steamer), water available in lobby, good size exercise room with good equipment and weights. Restauraunt on site was convenient. Lobby was very comfortable. Later checkout than usual (12PM). Vouchers appreciated.

Lighting in bathroom was poor - insufficient for makeup. Breakfast not very good value for money. (Vouchers used for drinks instead) Bed was too soft for my liking, otherwise room was quite nice.

I stayed at a sweet room of this hotel with a reasonable price for two nights, which gave my family awesome experience. The room is kind of a classical type, I think. It was quite clean and well arranged with much enough nice amenities. They serve fresh apple and cool lemon water at the front desk. I had breakfast with a voucher with my family, which was simple and freshly delicious to me, served in a bright environment of a restaurant. The staff was also so nice and supportive with big smile any time when I asked their favor of check in and out, luggage custody, and neighborhood information. It has nice restaurants, a bus station, and Metro station close to them or in a walk distance. The neighborhood is quite safe and peaceful, I felt.

It has the main attractions of Washington D.C., such as the White House, the Capitol Hill, Lincoln Memorial, and Smithsonian Museums, about 30 to 40-minute walk away and 10 to 15-minute ride by public transportation. This is not exactly the defect of the hotel, but just an informative consideration. It was a good exercise and another beautiful sightseeing during our walk in the nice spring.

The inside of the hotel is very modern, stylish. The rooms were nice, bed was comfortable. Pillows were okay but isn't that all hotel pillows? I had an okay view of the adjacent buildings pool. The staff were very helpful. I like when the staff go above and beyond. It's a great location. For public transportation, it's about half a mile away from the nearest metro, and DC has awesome metro, but it's all a downhill walk. Close to all of DuPont circle and what it offers.

The AC was fairly loud when turning on and off. Sounded like a spaceship. It's an older AC that's on the wall. But it kept the room super cool.
