We've been staying at this hotel for the past five years, and it has become a favorite of ours. Whether it's a short two-night trip or an extended ten-night stay, we love the location. It's perfectly situated—nestled among trees, away from the hustle and bustle, yet just two minutes from the highway and a quick five-minute drive to downtown Wisconsin Dells. The surroundings are so peaceful, quiet, and safe, especially during the winter and spring break seasons. In my review last year, I mentioned that the carpets were showing their age. I'm delighted to see that the entire property has been freshly re-carpeted—it makes the stay even better!

Rather than a criticism, this is more of a suggestion—I wish they would collaborate with an indoor waterpark during the winter months when Noah’s Ark is closed. It could be offered as an optional upgrade for guests, requiring a minimum stay of 2-3 nights and an additional fee. If this were implemented, it would undoubtedly make this the best hotel in the Dells!

I loved that we were able to have a room with a privacy door so the kids could be separate but together with us.

I didn't like that 12 year olds are allowed in the hot tub ... people were in the hot tub with small small children in swim diapers and toddlers that shouldn't have been in there. We as adults, weren't able to enjoy the hot tub due to this issue. Also, I suggest that the hot tub and indoor pool stay opened until 11 so that there is enough time for adults to sit in it without children. You definitely need to fix the sauna seat up above- the wood on the left side is falling apart and can cause an injury.

Pleasant and accommodating staff. At check-in, we asked for a room away from noisy families or large groups. The room we received was perfect. Rooms are large and clean. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi and pool. It was too cool to try the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, but the area looked nice. Breakfast was good, too. I liked that they had protein soy milk and yogurt in addition to the eggs, sausage, waffles, mini donuts, juice, etc. There was a staff member who kept the area stocked and clean.

Only had apples for breakfast fruit. A banana would've been nice, but not necessary. The coffee maker in our room was tiny and took 5 minutes to brew one cup. (Easy Resolution: We headed to the breakfast area as coffee was available all the time). The sink wouldn't produce hot water to wash our faces. (Maybe we needed to run the water for several minutes?) We don't know why the staff removed the shower soap after our first of three nights without replacing it. We had 1 remaining face bar for the next 2 days. Glad I brought my own. Overall, the accommodations/facility was an exceptional value for the price I paid. Note, I'll know for next time to book directly with Best Western for the best rate vs. using a third-party booking site.

The whole facility was extremely clean and up-to-date. The breakfast selection was large with something for everyone including those with food intolerances (dairy free milk, etc.). The location was off the interstate and close to area attractions without being right in the middle of all the action. Staff were polite and willing to help however was needed. Offered indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The outdoor pool had a waterfall and a separate splash pad pool. Restrooms were also located within the pool area. The price could not be beat with what you receive. We will be back to this hotel anytime we go to Wisconsin Dells.

The only slight negative was the key entry pad on door 2 was falling off the wall but it still worked.

This time we stayed for 8 nights in June 2024. We’ve been coming to Wisconsin Dells for 5 summers in a row and this is our 3rd stay at the Best Western. We love the fact that we get free Noah’s Ark passes for the entire stay (Note - up to 4 passes per room!).

The rooms are getting outdated, they just don’t look clean anymore. Not sure how hard the staff is trying to make them look good but it might be time for a renovation, at least the carpets (including hallways), and the chairs in the rooms and on the balconies.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out one very smoothly. Very good Continental breakfast, which helped keep costs down for the family. Overall this is a great place to stay. Free Noah's Ark water passes for the entire family was a bonus.I would highly recommend if you have a family. Location was close to everything.

Outside Whirlpool was not working. Did not see anyone cleaning up near the pool areas anytime we were there. A couple of the doors locks did not work coming in from the outside of the building.

The staff is always nice and welcoming.

Due to the fact that it was the holiday weekend, it was crowded. Because they had to clean so many rooms, I think they did too quick of a job. The room did not smell fresh. It had a damp smell to it. Kind of like they mopped with a dirty mop that needed to be changed or cleaned. Also the line to get a waffle was long and people were not just getting one. They were getting for the whole family. I saw one lady with 5. This held up the line. There should be a limit of two at a time.

Clean hotel in all areas, the days we stayed we got towels and toilet paper. I loved the free breakfast bar because they had a variety of food. Even if you decided to get breakfast an hour before they stop serving breakfast you will still find food. The staff was amazing, friendly and always smiling. I checked in on Friday 05/24 around 6pm or 7pm and a tall African guy (forgot his name) was incredible. Love his attitude! Can’t forget that I love that they provide free tickets to Noah’s Ark.

Good location, we were on the first floor and it was easy to bring luggage in. The room next to the swimming pool, I love the little water place area for kids next to the pool and hot tub. Free Noah's Ark passes with 2 nights, but you have to pay for parking $25 /day there.

I have to pay $25 for parking at Noah's Ark. I hope it will be included with the passes. My room was on the first floor. Kids were jumping a lot on the upper rooms all day.

It felt homey. Liked the off set room that felt like it wasn't connected right next to other rooms. We stayed for 3 days and it was peaceful. Having 2 pools was good cause there was a lot of people. It was really close to almost everything, not really within walking unless you wanted to but a short drive for sure.

Room giving first was not cleaned after arriving after check in, but easily resolved with a new room. Could maybe use more lighting in the parking lot at night. But had lighting. The breakfast area could use more space. Everyone was super polite but I don't think there is adequate counter space or waffle makers for the amount of people that are there. The service people keep it well stocked though throughout breakfast time.
