The staff was nice and very responsive. Requests for more toiletries or towels were met quickly. Breakfast was good and had a decent selection of hot and cold items. Rooms are standard, with comfortable beds. Pillows aren't great. Our room had a balcony, looking over the outdoor pool, which was nice. Free wristbands to Noah's Ark for each day of your day stay are a great perk.

Indoor pool could use some improvement. There is not enough lighting, and it makes the area look a bit dreary. Water was cloudy. The hot tub was good, but there was a ton of debris on the bottom. The elevator is slow and often dirty or wet from people using the pool. Staying on the 2nd floor, you hear loud guests staying above you.

Great place and the fact they offer various room sizes is the bonus here. We typically stay in another hotel when going to the Dells, but our daughter wanted two of her friends to go on the trip this time. Therefore, we needed a place that accommodated five people. Best Western was just the place. The fact that it also included an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and jacuzzi were bonuses. What's better is the free passes to Noah's Ark water park for up to five. We did have to purchase an additional pass but the front desk took care of it. Great breakfast and it was stocked often.

I looked at booking this hotel a few times before pulling the trigger because the ratings were so high but it wasn’t a resort hotel. Turns out the reviews about how friendly the staff are, are incredibly on point! I’m from the Midwest so generally everyone is friendly but this was so much more! The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! The price was very reasonable for the amenities and even though we could make the dells a daytrip, we will be staying here more often!

As it seems with a lot of hotels, the drains were slow and water built up in the tub. WiFi was super slow but a lot could have been our room location

We've been staying at this hotel for the past five years, and it has become a favorite of ours. Whether it's a short two-night trip or an extended ten-night stay, we love the location. It's perfectly situated—nestled among trees, away from the hustle and bustle, yet just two minutes from the highway and a quick five-minute drive to downtown Wisconsin Dells. The surroundings are so peaceful, quiet, and safe, especially during the winter and spring break seasons. In my review last year, I mentioned that the carpets were showing their age. I'm delighted to see that the entire property has been freshly re-carpeted—it makes the stay even better!

Rather than a criticism, this is more of a suggestion—I wish they would collaborate with an indoor waterpark during the winter months when Noah’s Ark is closed. It could be offered as an optional upgrade for guests, requiring a minimum stay of 2-3 nights and an additional fee. If this were implemented, it would undoubtedly make this the best hotel in the Dells!

Location good, price good, staff good, pool and hot tubs all decent. They offer tickets to water park and a basic breakfast. We enjoyed the stay.

Our bathroom ceiling was stained/ water damage and it looked like it had mold spots growing. Room was a little musty smell Wise. Lots of rocks in bottom Of indoor hot tub! And I hated at one of the doors we used (not sure for all doors) all the cigarettes buts just laying at door in the rocks. Unpleasant eyesore!

I loved that we were able to have a room with a privacy door so the kids could be separate but together with us.

I didn't like that 12 year olds are allowed in the hot tub ... people were in the hot tub with small small children in swim diapers and toddlers that shouldn't have been in there. We as adults, weren't able to enjoy the hot tub due to this issue. Also, I suggest that the hot tub and indoor pool stay opened until 11 so that there is enough time for adults to sit in it without children. You definitely need to fix the sauna seat up above- the wood on the left side is falling apart and can cause an injury.

The pools were great and kid friendly. The breakfast was very good with many options. I liked that they gave you towels to use at the pool just by asking the front desk for them. I really liked the benefit of the Noah's Arch waterpark wrist bands. Thd waterpark was a blast.

The only thing we did not like were the pillows. We like pillows with some substance to them and do not sink down flat when laying your head on them.

Pleasant and accommodating staff. At check-in, we asked for a room away from noisy families or large groups. The room we received was perfect. Rooms are large and clean. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi and pool. It was too cool to try the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, but the area looked nice. Breakfast was good, too. I liked that they had protein soy milk and yogurt in addition to the eggs, sausage, waffles, mini donuts, juice, etc. There was a staff member who kept the area stocked and clean.

Only had apples for breakfast fruit. A banana would've been nice, but not necessary. The coffee maker in our room was tiny and took 5 minutes to brew one cup. (Easy Resolution: We headed to the breakfast area as coffee was available all the time). The sink wouldn't produce hot water to wash our faces. (Maybe we needed to run the water for several minutes?) We don't know why the staff removed the shower soap after our first of three nights without replacing it. We had 1 remaining face bar for the next 2 days. Glad I brought my own. Overall, the accommodations/facility was an exceptional value for the price I paid. Note, I'll know for next time to book directly with Best Western for the best rate vs. using a third-party booking site.

This time we stayed for 8 nights in June 2024. We’ve been coming to Wisconsin Dells for 5 summers in a row and this is our 3rd stay at the Best Western. We love the fact that we get free Noah’s Ark passes for the entire stay (Note - up to 4 passes per room!).

The rooms are getting outdated, they just don’t look clean anymore. Not sure how hard the staff is trying to make them look good but it might be time for a renovation, at least the carpets (including hallways), and the chairs in the rooms and on the balconies.

The whole facility was extremely clean and up-to-date. The breakfast selection was large with something for everyone including those with food intolerances (dairy free milk, etc.). The location was off the interstate and close to area attractions without being right in the middle of all the action. Staff were polite and willing to help however was needed. Offered indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The outdoor pool had a waterfall and a separate splash pad pool. Restrooms were also located within the pool area. The price could not be beat with what you receive. We will be back to this hotel anytime we go to Wisconsin Dells.

The only slight negative was the key entry pad on door 2 was falling off the wall but it still worked.
