It's close to the Kesei-Narita station. Had it not been raining, we could have walked to the hotel from here. But since it was, we took a taxi and it only costs 600Y. A great deal considering we had our big luggage with us. It's a 13-15min walk to the Narita Omotesando and the Naritasan Shinsho-ji temple from the hotel. Space was not too tight. We were able to comfortable open up our luggage from the space of the room. They have Japanese toilets for their toilets. Shower and faucet was separate from the toilet so both can be used at the same time. They have free shuttle buses hourly from the hotel to Narita airport for free.

There is a direct free shuttle from the airport that stops at both terminals. It is located in the city center but was not noisy. It was both a restaurant and a shop. The room was smaller then we are used to, but what we expected. The soaker tub was a welcome sight after a long day of travel. While the room was well worn it was clean and functional. The biggest surprise was the breakfast in the morning. It featured a large selection of foods and was delicious.

We were just spending the night, then back to the airport so we were not able to take advantage of being in the city center. With this in mind it was a little further then we wanted and the shuttle only runs once an hour.

Me and my friend stayed at The Hedistar Hotel Narita in their Non-Smoking Twin Room, and we really enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing night. We had our own bathroom, which was super convenient, and the free shuttle to and from Narita Airport made traveling so easy. The staff were all very nice and accommodating, and we appreciated that they offer luggage delivery and storage too. The location is great — just about a 15-minute walk from Naritasan Shinshoji Temple and Naritasan Omotesando, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and plenty of dining options nearby. For the price, it’s such a good deal. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re flying in or out of Narita!

The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. I asked them if I would be able to leave my luggage for over 10 days as I would be flying to other destinations and would not be able to take checked baggage with me, and they kindly and promptly accepted. They were careful about printing out instructions about my request and carefully attaching that to the luggage. When I came back to retrieve my luggage, it was exactly the way I had left it. They also accommodated my request to have a room on the top floor both times I stayed there. The request for it to be as far as possible from busy areas was also fulfilled. The cleanliness in the room was top-notch and they also provided amenities for free. The hotel is conveniently located close to a supermarket and mall, where you can make last minute purchases. Although I did not have breakfast at Hedistar, I was told by other guests that the variety and value of the meal was outstanding. Their shuttle service was also able to take us to Narita for free. Communication with staff both in person and via email was wonderful. I will definitely stay there again when flying to Narita and will highly recommend it to friends and family. This is also a reasonably priced hotel!

Rooms could be a little larger, but that is the standard in Japan, it seems like.

Nice room Quite close to a big supermarket - 5 minutes walk There is an amazing steakhouse just next to the hotel There is a mini supermarket inside the hotel ( opened until 11p.m) Great lunch buffet - really good value for money (P.s. the coffee they serve is really strong,but goes well with the ice-cream 😊) They offer a shuttle bus for the airport ( it is actually a big bus -so you can have big luggages with you) and they stop for T1 & T2---- it is best to book well in advance as it gets quite crowded.

the property was clean and close to restraunt and convenient sotres with a supermarket also down the down. train stain station was also 15min walk, just he mindful there two types of trainstation near the hotel. hotel offers free bus shuttle so make sure to use

breakfast was not great, as a frequent traveler i like to try different food and their food was not it. esp for people who just landed and just want to start their day with just everyday food it did not have a great selection of food.

Near Naritasan Park, there is a street dedicated to traditional culture. The service staff were excellent,. We stayed at this hotel twice; one time we got a great room, and another time we got a small, not-so-clean room.but the convenience store downstairs was a plus.

We booked 2 nights here just to have somewhere to decompress for 8 hours (after 22 hours of travel) before we could check in to out longer term hotel. It was fine, seemed to have good facilities, but can't really comment on much more because we weren't there long or even overnight

Was a pain hauling luggage (we had a lot to be fair, travelling with infant) to the nearest station, lots of narrow bumpy hilly streets. Hotel had some kind of bus service but think that was just to/from the airport

The hotel is stylish and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and it was so nice to have a couch in our room. The breakfast is great and has a range of options. There is a mini convenience shop in the lobby which is super convenient. There is a shopping mall and restaurants within walking distance. And a beautiful shrine and food/shopping street (has a Kyoto look and feel) 10 minutes walk away also. Narita is a lovely area, it is so nice to see a lot of greenery, especially after spending most of our time in Tokyo and Osaka.

It would be great if breakfast was served for a little longer as it finishes at 8:30am. The bathroom is very compact, I think you would struggle if you are very tall or large.

Good for overnight stay before flight next day. Unfortunately shuttle does not leave early enough for check in to 7 am flight but taxi ride was reasonable. Walk from train terminal was a little rough with suitcases. Bed was comfortable and pillow was awesome. Typical small room for Japan but futon in double twin room was welcome for accessing open suitcases. Close walk to restaurants, Narita shrine and shopping area through cute neighborhood.
