Easy and quick check-in. The lady at reception was very kind and friendly. Offered us breakfast for free which I really appreciated. This is our second time staying here. The pool was warm and clean and opening times are great. We will be back for sure.

Breakfast was excellent with everything to cater for dietary needs. Room clean and very comfortable. Nice touch being offered water and cake on arrival.

We used the spa and although the hotel room, restaurant and reception were exceptionally clean, the spa let it down. The floor areas did not appear to be clean in the changing rooms and the walkway from the ladies changing room to the pool was very slippery. I would of liked to have seen some details in the room about the spa for example towels provided, we found ourselves taking towels from the room as this was unknown. The towels we were provided in the spa had dirty stains which didn't give a good image.

We had an amazing time here! A special thanks to Anu, the receptionist, who checked us in and provided us with all the information we needed about the hotel. This hotel definitely offers good value for money! There are plenty of free parking spaces, and the location is great if you have a car. It was pretty quiet, we didn’t hear the motorway, even though it’s close by. Our room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We had an iron and hairdryer in the room, and the shower pressure was good. The heating worked well, and we didn’t have any issues with it. The only thing missing in the room was a fridge, but it wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. While it may not be amazing, it’s quite decent by UK standards and suitable for the level of the hotel.

We were on the ground floor the swimming pool was nearby. The disable room was big and the bathroom. It was comfortable to stay there. Everything was on the ground floor. It was walking distance. The staff were great especially Bradley and Georgina were great great always helping us and the children And fulfil our needs. It was a good Easter break holiday. Thank you so much.

The room for a good size but the bathroom was small and toilet shower to near each other was not enough room to move around in the shower room and the bathroom so we had to change our room because having knee problems it was hard to sit down on the toilet And also there was no fridge mini size in the room to keep your cold drinks other hotel in Holiday Inn have mini fridge in the rooms and water was provided in the room every day that was the only we did not like otherwise the room sizes were good, but like I said The bathroom into a small for big size people chubby family members

Good location, amenities and breakfast.

I requested for accessible room with shower for a disabled person. I made the request at the point of booking, followed up the day before arrival and was moved from one person to other to confirm the request. It was not done until i reached the reception the next day and the lady at the front desk helped to sort it out.By then all the facilities on the ground floor were booked. So we were allocated a room downstairs and the hotel didn’t had a lift. Really inconvenient for disabled person and poor customer service. Not visiting again.

Parking availability, free parking and check-in was very quick. The room was beautiful, stylish and very clean. Good amount of towels, pillows and hot drinks provided. The room had a smart TV which was great as I was able to load Netflix and watch what I wanted.

Understandable it was a late check in (11pm) but the staff looked miserable. Wasn’t very welcoming as we expected it to be. Nobody smiled, there was no eye contact during the check-in process until they had given directions to our room. On the day of check out, there were no thank you or goodbye.

We liked the rooms and the pool and the lovely breakfast.

The shower could have been better checked/work easier. There was no use of changing rooms by pool for our stay which was a bit inconvenient, also couldn't find towels by pool area. But all of this was ok. Loved the sauna and steam room. What I most disliked was the digital menus in the eating room instead of traditional waitress service. It was annoying and frustrating and didn't work very well. The food was not great quality either but the waitresses were all lovely and friendly and professional.

Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Anu was fabulous on our arrival - greeted with a smile and helped us get points on my account, as well as gave the complimentary items as a member. Lovely start to our stay and much appreciated. The facilities were great and room was lovely and clean.

The wifi/TV signal kept dropping so when logged in to our own accounts, would be kicked out and unable to get back in for access (or sign out!). After many attempts and changing wifi codes/hotspotting, managed to log out of the personal account but the signal was very temperamental. Not such a problem as there for a work trip and everything else was wonderful - I have no doubt if we had reported it, it would have been fixed straight away!

We stayed here for 1 night whilst on a roadtrip holiday from Australia. We were actually booked elsewhere but the booking fell through very last minute on us so we were left searching for a new place to stay. Found this one and it turned out great in the end. Staff at reception were so lovely they even upgraded us after hearing of our bad experience with our previous booking. Our room was nice, for a pleasant overnight stay. Bed was spacious, comfortable, TV and WIFI worked well and shower next morning was nice and hot. Even the toiletries provided were good. Plenty of free parking was available on the site. A few minutes walk away we also enjoyed some delicious Indian food that night at Basmati Restaurant.

Nothing really, a restful overnight stay.

I love the staff in the evening and the lady at breakfast. So polite and helpful! Very accommodating whilst I was with my 2 year old daughter. There is a play area for kids her age to play that she really enjoyed. The grassland is beautiful. Nice clean hotel overall. I would love to go back there again and kids under 12 eat free!! Got to meet a few West Brom football players too which was the highlight to my stay!

The walls were really thin so you could hear everything in the other rooms and in the hall ways too.
