Thanks to the staff. The staff were exceptional, especially Mr. Saleh, the receptionist. The manager also helped as he released the only available microwave to serve my room. There's a kitchenette but no kitchenware. It would be good if they were provided.

The cleaners could still do better in cleaning the rooms. The bathroom's construction was good enough for water to drain. Thus, water pools.

The location is good. Staff is generous. Welcome tea and drink is a great option. Breakfast is nice.

It would be great if the staff can talk in English. Some good restaurants are available in the facility, it is highly recommended if they can convince these restaurants to provide food delivery at reception.

I went for a business along with my colleague. The facilities provided by the hotel were good. It was worth the price. I would like to thank specially to one of staff Mr. Mazen (at the front desk), very supportive and helpful. He made our stay smooth and comfortable.

Difficult to find parking specially during Eid holidays and some times they issue a different room not as per reservation of booking so be careful you get the proper room which was reserved from booking

The cleaners can do more. There's also a need to put directory in all the rooms to enhance accessibility of guests to various departments of the property.

The breakfast is really very nice and location is good malls restaurants and sea everything is near.

Just have a suggestion to put microwave in rooms.

Three machine should be available in breakfast. 1. Toaster. 2. Oven 3. electric cattle for tea.

Staff’s attitude especially Shaher from Egypt, he was so welcoming and accommodating.

Wifi was unreachable but again I didn’t complain as I had my own plan with me.
