The location was good and central, it was easy to walk to all the sites from the hotel.

I specifically checked that there was a hair dryer included in my room before booking the stay. When I got there, there was no hair dryer so I had to wait for my hair to air dry each time I showered.

The hotel is really easy to find, located near the Annessens metro stop or just over a 15 minute walk from Brussels Midi Station. My room was a good size and although there was no street view from the window that meant I didn't hear any noise from the streets during the nights. The bed was comfy also. The reception staff were very friendly and pleasant, I spoke with Ali the most and he was always keen to chat and ask me about my plans for the day. He also gave me lots of recommendations for things to do in and around Brussels.There are a couple of shops across the square from the hotel which are good value too

The only issue was my shower was a little small but that was a minor inconvenience that didn't cause me a problem. I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Barry.

Everything was amazing! From the staff to the room and the location! It was my first time in Europe in general and the fact that Hotel Barry was my first pitstop in my travels, had lifted my expectations for my next reservations. The staff was super friendly, they even chatted with me and made me feel welcomed. They also shared tips for me to tour around Brussels, where to go, where not to go and the hours. I am a woman travelling solo and that for sure was a plus for me. I would totally recommend staying here, and I'm for sure coming back here if I have the opportunity to visit Brussels again!

They were really accommodating and the staff at the front desk were really lovely and welcoming. We could leave our luggage til check in and they also let us check in early. The bedding was really comfortable and we were provided with a fan. The windows are soundproof which was a win. You had to give your keys to front desk when leaving which I really liked as I don’t have to worry about losing them. Our favourite part was the lift!! :)

The bathroom smelt a little bit funny and if too much pressure with the water in the shower the shower head went flying up and sprayed the bathroom but you just had to lift the handle up half way and it was fine.

First of all the receptionists were very friendly. The location is great. Just 2 mins to all attractions. I walked from MIDI station it took me 13 min only. There might be closer stations. It was clean and quiet.

Let me tell you... It is perfect value for the money.. I am giving this feedback only if they might do something about it... The bathroom was far too small... Ok let's be fair money room size... But when you sit on the toilet, it feels like the sink is on your lap. The shower was too small they put a curtain you cannot avoid and it touched your back. You cannot move in there at all. It might be better with glass I don't know the solution...

The staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. My room.was very clean and had a super bathroom.Towels are changed daily too.

As a single female traveller I felt very safe once I got to the hotel. However, I came from Gare Midi and that is a scary part of town. I should have got the metro from Midi to the stop by the hotel. The walk into the main square from this hotel is only 10 minutes but too dangerous to do at night on your own if you are a single girl.

2 star hotel but I treat it as 5, I traveled with my mother and my aunt and from the first minut they were super attentive to us and gave us many recommendations, we spent the night in Bruges and they kept our backpacks until we returned, our second night there there was more noise in the building because of a bachelor party (something they can't control) and for compensating us for that inconvenience of inviting us to breakfast that morning. I can't say any negative comments since everything was perfect and the location was spectacular, close to the center and the train station.

The staff was super friendly, the room was clean, modern and quiet, and the location was great (very close to the city centre and a metro station).

The location was absolutely perfect, within 5-10 min walk we reached the absolute center with the Grand Place and the Manneken Pis. The neighborhood is okay, not the best not I've seen way worse. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly.

There was no cabinet for the clothes to store so we used one of the single beds for storage. It was fine but we would have appreciated a cupboard. There was no cup/glass in the bathroom or a kettle. We managed it without them.
