The apartment was wonderful. Enjoyed the hot tub, never made it to the pool or gym. The location we great. There are 5 restaurants in easy walking distance. Nice gay bar across the parking lot. Check in and out was very easy.

That it was an apartment. I thought it was a hotel. I need medical equipment when I travel, so I need front desk services. The mint house used a local luggage storage place, but it closes at 6. And couldn't have the equipment delivered there. Parking. They parking is paid, but the price isn't in the listing. When I googled the price, it said $40/ night. I found some street parking, luckily. Only used an hour at 1 a.m. Cost was$7.

Everything was so no nice. Honestly would go back for an staycation.

The deal with the parking sucks. I’m pretty sure I could catch this same location on a great price but end up spending the same price amount on parking my car. We were traveling with 2 cars which came down to 30 dls each day we stayed came down to 120 dls total for 4 nights that we stayed. (Not your fault phoenix parking garages or anywhere to be sincere are awfully expensive) It will be nice to have a price arrangement for the people you host, make it more affordable.

The place was clean and quite. Comfortable bed and having a separate lounge with an automatic free assorted coffee dispenser was a convenient touch. Although, the apartment had a kurig coffee maker. Also nice pool and jacuzzi.

It was a somewhat stressful check in, being it was totally automated. No live person to check in. Just a series of texted messages with codes and directions. Also, there was a precheck in that was a bit invasive, which included having a photo taken by the management company.

Location was great. Steps from mass transit. There was some convenient street parking nearby. The unit (Unit 320) was spacious and very clean--also it was extremely quiet. The amenities were nice. Our fob did not allow us into the pool area, but we had access to all of the spaces in the building.

The check in was extremely confusing. I walked around for a half an hour asking tenants of the building if they had ever seen the lock box I was looking for, and none had. The crux is that you must enter the elevator in the parking garage and **to to the 3rd floor**. This is not marked anywhere in the instructions from the app, nor was it marked via signage anywhere in the building, parking garage, or elevator. We only figured it out after reading other user reviews of the property.

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a generous kitchen which came with sufficient nice quality kitchen wares. Happy to see the apartment came with sufficient consumables for toilet, dishwasher and laundry to last the stay. Nice and quite pool area and less than na minute away by foot to numerous placed to get various kinds of food for any time of the day

The (central) airconditioning unit was rather loud. As the culprit was mostly located in the kitchen, I could close the bedroom doors at night to block out the sound.

The location is excellent, the staff was responsive to a lock issue even on the Christmas holiday, and the room was clean and spacious.

This is the second stay here, and last time we were provided a parking key and dropped it in a drop box when we left. This time, we had to pay for parking in the garage any time we left the property. This was annoying, and if you are going in and out multiple times, you will pay more than the flat daily rate. I very much didn't like the parking situation this time.

A different format (for me anyway) accessing this apartment (It's a full apartment set for short term rentals). The text for help staff was immediate and thorough for any assistance before and during the stay...made a huge difference. Apartment was very clean and very nice. Huge win over just another hotel room for a business trip. Got a ton og work done located central to a lot of Midtown Phoenix, great view of pool... Will use again...

Separate rates for parking seemed steep. (I didn't use but saw the rates...glad not to have to use.) A little tough figuring out how to access the facilities extras like pool and gym...partly because all new to me and partly could use more detail. If I would've asked via text helpline, no doubt they would have delivered on needs.

Nice facility. A little bland, but new and clean and close to our conference venue. Smart sign in and KeyCafe worked well considering our very late check in due to delayed flights. Amenities (gym, community areas, free WiFi and smart TV) were very nice.

Multiple emails and text message with conflicting messages (especially regarding check out process) were too much. Streamlining the process and maybe a few outside sandwich boards signs would be helpful at finding the Locale front door.

The apartment was spacious and everything was well-appointed. The fitness room and pool were quite nice. There is also a rooftop social area that I checked out but didn't use. The lobby was cool and I felt welcome. The building is quite new. The price I paid was very good - I suspect it was sort of an introductory price.

The check-in process was a little rough. I got conflicting messages about which code to enter to get into the building and had to phone to get help; they answered quickly and stayed on the line until I got access. The hallways have a bit of a sterile, industrial feel.

I loved everything about Locale Midtown Phoenix. The location is pretty good if commuting by vehicle, the lady at the front-desk was friendly, and the fitness center was loaded with equipment. As for the room itself, it literally had everything you needed to feel at home: stove/oven, washer/dryer, bed, couch, etc. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend it if you want a homely stay.

The only thing I didn't like was the location based on walking. There isn't anything really within walking distance. Even the convenience stores are about a mile away. When traveling, I highly recommend you commute by vehicle, unless you want a good leg workout. 😅
