How their kindness is taken advantage of. How the police hurt their business unnecessarily. I want this place booked out day and night by them or their naughty little secrets might get out whoopsie lol. Love you guys!

The room was much bigger than anything we stayed in during our trip and was specially decorated very nicely. The price was amazing / half of Saturday night rates in the downtown. Daniel at the front reception was so helpful. He called a cab for us so that we could go checkout the Belfast Christmas market after letting us know that parking and traffic would be difficult. He made our stay in Belfast worth it, also told us about the bus / train options nearby.

short commute to the downtown of the city from there, we didn't end up spending more time in downtown Belfast beyond one evening but the price was worth it

Bed was very comfortable - lovely bathroom with full bath and good array of toiletries and clean fluffy towels. Listed as room only accomodation but there was actually a complimentary breakfast with small selection of cereals, breads for toasting and plenty of fresh fruit. Host very friendly and welcoming.

Old property and some of the furniture looking a bit worn - floor in the bedroom a bit creaky.

The room I was given was absolutely lovely. Spacious and extremely clean with a gorgeous view out over the lough. Bathroom was stocked with towels and toiletries and bed was very comfortable. Owner was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely stay again if I was in Belfast.

The view from our room was spectacular. Looked out onto the water from above everything near us. We were comfortable and the first place I stayed where I didn't over heat. Beautiful decor. Staff carried my luggage up to the top floor for me.

Lovely house and very comfortable guest room close to city centre. Great sea view and an unexpected continental breakfast in the morning which we hadn't booked, very generous host. Will visit again.

Everything was excellent

We were allowed early check in which was much appreciated.Location, cleanliness and private parking. Lovely old house.

No air con, too many stairs and shower was in a bath which was a bit awkward as we’re both in our sixties with some medical issues.

Absolutely beautiful property! An absolute joy to stay here and I was really lucky with the weather which helped me to admire the views more. I absolutely will stay here again.

I was staying in room 9 (single) and due to the very pretty, but unusually shaped dormer window, there were no curtains. If, like me, you wake when it gets light, bring an eye mask!
