Room was really big especially for one person. There's a dining table, a sofa, a desk and a small kitchen space and 2 bathrooms so it felt very comfy and spacious. Place was very clean and excellent location for IFFK as it was close to most theatres. Staff was kind and accommodating. I got room service a couple times and it was very tasty. Definitely booking again when I am back in Trivandrum

Even though I informed the staff ahead of time I will be arriving at around 8.30 am (check in is at 12pm) and they said it is ok, but it was not mentioned until I got there that there is an early check-in charge.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel in the heart of Trivandrum, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! I was allotted Suite 301, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The suite came equipped with not one, but TWO TVs, TWO air conditioners, and TWO toilets - talk about luxury! The powerful WiFi connection made it easy for me to stay on top of my work commitments, and the food at the hotel was delicious. The hotel's central location is a major plus, especially with the newly revamped Dharmalayam Road, courtesy of the government's Smart City initiative. This makes it an ideal choice for families, business travelers, and leisure seekers alike. The staff were extremely hospitable and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Plus, the hotel offers sufficient parking space on the ground floor, which is a big bonus. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Trivandrum. Truly a place to be in, without a doubt!

This is like a single bedroom apartment. Living room has a sofa cum bed. kitchenette with kettle and fridge a toilet outside the bedroom. Bedroom also has attached toilet. For me as a solo traveller this place was big. But I felt safe and comfortable. You can order food to your room. I think the breakfast was complementary but I had other plans. So don't know the quality of food. But overall stay was good

Clean rooms and some food is available too. These are suites and can accommodate more people.

Approach road was not well maintained

1. Room maintainence 2. Cleaning 3. Staff easily reachable when needed 4. Easily available good quality food and customised food for kids as well.

Billing issue for breakfast . Some confusion happened and one of he staff was arguing without checking fact. But it is ok as everything was as expected.

The road works are going on in front of the hotel.... They left the potholes without covering them. The hotel management also left it without closing it and it was a great inconvenience. It may have been fixed earlier. Tried to fix it yesterday.... management should focus on breakfast. Where are those two ladies at the reception...?

We had a good stay. Hotel was centrally located. It had spacious rooms. Our suite had two bathrooms, it was a pleasant surprise and made our stay even more comfortable. Property was clean and well kept.

Hotel kitchen is understaffed. Preparation is good but the time of serving can't be relied upon. So better be prepared to have food outside.

It was very neat and clean. They maintained high standards for living . Staff were very friendly and helpful.

All are up to the mark. Fully satisfied. It’s worth to stay . Only suggestion for improvement is, hotel name board should fixed at top so that it will be visible to all.

Rooms are neat n clean and very good apartment

In free breakfast, there timings are from 8.30 and u need to order from the option they provide and not buffet. Also we get order after almost 45 minutes eventhough we ordered first and for everything we asked they have ignored or delayed it

Very clean, very friendly staff. They even accepted a check-in at 4 am as our flight arrived around this time. Very spacious rooms with 2 bathrooms. Thank you so much for everything!
