The property is dated but the bed was comfortable. There was air conditioning and heating and in the time I was in SaPa I needed both. I had the view over the street so it was fun to be able to watch the activity. And once it cleared up, I could watch the cable cars going up to Fansipan. There were blackout curtains that I appreciated. The shower was wonderful with plenty of hot water and everything was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If I needed something in the room, they were very responsive. I enjoyed my stay.

If you have more than one piece of luggage there is no real place to put it off the floor. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge for left overs or to be able to pick up things for breakfast. The door was not sound proofed and it could be quite noisy at night. The lock on the door was not real secure and there was no lockbox within the room.

The owner was very helpful and available at all times. The room was of good quality and everything you needed was there and everything was in walking distance as well. However it was quite cold in Sapa when I stayed there and the room was not too well insulated so it would get a bit chilly at times, also because I couldn't sleep with the sound of the AC. But if you don't mind the sound of the AC I suppose this is less of a problem. While you can tell that some rooms don't have windows by the pictures there wasn't a note saying that on the booking site so make sure to look at the pictures if that is important for you. Overall a great Hotel that can be recommended.

We had an amazing time in Sapa, and our host made it even more special! They were incredibly helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. They helped us rent a good motorbike, managed tickets to Fansipan Legend (which I highly recommend), booked a tour with local people, and even arranged our bus to the next destination – all at great prices. The accommodation itself was excellent. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. As long-term travelers, constantly moving from place to place can be exhausting, but our time in Sapa was truly enjoyable thanks to the hospitality we received. We are very grateful and would highly recommend staying here!

We were able to store our bags here while trekking and stayed an additional night. Eric upgraded our room on the final night. On top of that, my wife had forgotten her swimsuit at the property prior to boarding our bus. Eric was kind enough to bring it to our boarding point. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Sapa.

I arrived by bicycle to the hotel, and even though the host first suggested I parked it outside, he was fine with accommodating my request and letting me have it indoors for the night. We put it in the corridor on my floor. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. The rooms have a kettle as well as some water and instant coffee. Wifi worked well. Overall, a good place to stay when visiting the area.

Some things look like they could do with some maintenance but generally, it’s a very pleasant hotel in the centre of Sa Pa. The ground floor has a massage room which was a little confusing upon arrival! The beds a super comfy but I found the pillows quite thick/hard. Though that’s totally a matter of taste.

Superb location. Even though Eric was away because of an emergency for my first few days his assistants Duyan and Lang were delightful , attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Cleanliness was of the highest standard. Eric arranged a customised trekking trip for me with an excellent guide. I can highly recommend this accommodation and will be staying here again on my return next year.

Everything was exceptional.

The hotel is located perfectly. The rooms are nice and clean with a great shower. The owner Eric is sooo friendly and helped me a lot with finding transportation leaving Sa Pa after having a horrible experience with a bus company. He even checked on me if I arrived safely which I couldn't appreciate enough being a female solo traveler. If you are looking for a cheap but good hotel, you found it! 😊

A humble place near the Sapa Center. A walking distance to lots of attractions, restaurants and shops. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the facilities are great from the cheap price. The desk people are kind and friendly.

The rooms are located above a massage place and the building is a bit old. My room has a window showing the common staircase so had to shut curtains for privacy. The bedsheets look old and there was a spoon left uncleaned.

Very comfortable beds, large room, nice view from the small balcony and location. Excellent WIFI. When we left, we left behind a water bottle. Eric the owner even dropped it off to our next Hotel. Thanks Eric 👍🏼

There is a lift, however the only downside was the stairs. Cluttered with detergents, water and stock for the hotel and Spa. This was a concern as it seemed to be the only fire escape exit.
