Spacious room with balcony, big swimming pool, excellent location, white sand beach, beautiful night view, kids room is good while waiting for the ferry back to Langkawi. Staffs are friendly & helpful..

Bathroom cleanliness can be improved, swimming pool need more maintenance. The beach is not that clean got trash here and there probably from the sea

There are 2 swimming pools, where one is beach front, and the other is where the rooms were. Massage was great, the room is spacious. I like the fact that we are so near walking street and also near the beach where the ferry arrives. We could wait and enjoy the hotel facilities after checking out before our ferry ride late in the afternoon.

We booked a last-minute trip, and it was a half-board option only available left. When checking in, if I didn't mention it, the staff wouldn't have acknowledged that it was half-board. I would expect them to take note of the details given that this resort is at the higher end on the island. On the flipside with location, the swimming are of the beach is small, amongst long tail boats, and noise from long tail boats when new tourists arrive and depart the island.

Although it can be a little harder to get to than other places in Thailand we thought The location was beautiful And so worth the little extra travelling. The staff are always welcoming, happy and also hard working! The breakfast was nice and the food that they offer throughout the multiple restaurants they have is a good variety. The resort is by far the best on the Island with great views and white sandy beaches. It is located right by the main strip 'walking street' which has plenty of shops and restaurants etc. The resort is great for couples and families too. We would definitely recommend.

The only thing that we had an issue with was the WiFi connection. But we are unsure if this was on the island as a whole at the time of our stay.

The rooms are exceptional, I got the address via the YouTube channel "Retired, working for you". Very clean, the staff is attentfull. The breakfast is perfect, the restaurant as well. They have a happy hour, buy one, get one for free. Beach area with bar. I didn't use the swimming pools of which there are many. Highly recommended. Umbrellas are available in the room.

They, the staff should clean the beach more often. Lots of plastic... which makes paradise not really paradise. I got the booking.com room, so I had to walk a bit far, but it was good exercise. I didn't bring a girl.

This is a great resort done in the Thai style with comfy, beautiful rooms, great staff, and it's right next to the main boat port and walking street. I really liked it. Staff were nice and accommodating and helpful when it came to providing advice on things like a custom snorkelling trip. Grounds were great and they made a fantastic virgin mojito. Live music some nights was great as well. I would go back again.

It was a little expensive, and they charged substantially in advance of my booking (I think close to a month) which was a little surprising. Also, I felt breakie could have been better considering the cost of the resort. It was good, don't get me wrong, but for the price I paid I expect a spectacular breakie and not just a standard hotel buffet. Especially, and this is a personal thing, I felt the coffee was not good at all (and came from a machine). And having stayed at a numbe rof great places all over Thailand was a little underwhelmed with breakie.

I really liked the beachfront location, which offered beautiful views and easy access to the sea. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and the delicious breakfast with a good variety of options. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a beach holiday.

There was no hot water in the bathroom of our room (Room 511), which made showering a bit uncomfortable. It would be great if this could be checked and improved for future guests.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The room was big with a nice view of the pool, the beach is beautiful with chairs and cabanas on the sand and in the shade. There’s a designated swim are in the sea where boats are not allowed. The staff was sooooo lovely. The breakfast was very tasty and a lot of choices - from fresh roti to noodle soup, curries and other local dishes plus all the western favourites. Next time on the island we’re definitely stay here again.

The beach area needs a little attention: I cut my foot on a broken glass and we found a few broken pieces in the sand during our stay. There are electric wires on the floor and at the palm trees, not hidden or properly secured.

Absolutely stunning property, brilliant room and facilities, wonderful staff who were friendly and helpful. Most fantastic breakfast ever experienced at a hotel. I moved here during my stay in the island after I found a rat in my room in my previous hotel and this was such a reward after that experience. Incredible place to stay, room was incredibly clean and comfortable. I booked this with a big discount on the day due to a last minute booking but would have been worth the cost at full price. Stunning!

Could hear people in the room next door and children screaming in the pool under my room early in the morning

We loved the location and the pool access rooms. The rooms are well fitted out and the beds are comfortable. Bathrooms spacious and communication from the hotel was great too. Beachfront access and whilst the beach is busy, it's fun to people watch from this vantage point and watch the world go by. The beach is stunning. The island itself is perhaps my favourite in all of SE Asia.

The hotel is a work in progress in some of the common areas but this didn't phase us. The swim up pool bars were not attended and the service from staff was pretty minimal but again, we just take this in our stride and manage our expections in this regard. Our TV didn't work but we weren't there to watch tv so this wasn't an issue for us. Our safe was also not working properly but this also wasn't an issue for us.

1. Location is great. Basically right next to the dock. 2. Room is spacious with big Samsung TV for screen sharing and great sound. 3. Breakfast has good variety, although will suggest more stir fried vegetables. 4. The steak house, good "special" burgers, very high CP value. 5. The staff are well trained and quick to respond with good service.

Noting the hotel is open space and next to beachfront, makes it hard to achieve complete pest control. But I did notice a rat running across from the beach to a plant area between the breakfast area and the public pool, so probably the hotel management can look into this problem. Won't affect my opinion of this hotel being the best on the island.
