Fantastic views from the resorts location and from the pool villa we were in Food was delicious when we ate in restaurant and breakfast was great (Al la carte and brought to room daily. Can use kayaks and snorkles for free.

Felt the villa was a bit run down - doors having gaps, toilet and shower sub par. Not sound proof whatsoever - if it rains, the bullfrogs moaning their songs will keep you up all night.

Beautiful bungalows nested in the jungle, on a cliff above the far east end of Sunrise Beach. Serene, peaceful and quiet. Everything can be delivered to your room. That particular stretch of the beach has the finest powdery sand as well. Great restaurant on premises with plethora of options, both local and western cuisine. The staff is phenomenal and very accommodating.

Not that I didn’t like it, but it may not be the best option for people with physical disability and mobility issues. Series of wooden stairs connects the bungalows with the beach and it can be a struggle even for able bodied individuals.

We always come back to Serendipity as I think it’s the best in the island. Off the beaten track, it overseas the beautiful clean and sandy beach and blue water. As it’s at the end of the beach, there is no noise or people walking by. You’re in the middle of a jungle and it’s beautiful. The houses are in Thai style, quite cozy and the views amazing. To add, the food at the restaurant and breakfast is very very good, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

The hotel starts to become a little weathered and needs a lift here and there. The stairs as well as the houses themselves feel old. In one hand it’s cozy and on the other, slightly inconvenient. For example, the AC even on full power doesn’t fully cool down the room as there are cracks everywhere. The shower didn’t have good pressure.

Our little villa with our view and balcony were simply amazing. We were picked up from the pier by a long tail boat and enjoyed the resort and private beach very much. The resort also had everything we needed - beach towels, dry bags, mosquito repellent, free kayaks/snorkels, and in-room massages too. The breakfast was more than we could eat and quite delicious.

Not the fault of the resort, but there are a LOT of mosquitoes in the area - you are in the jungle! Also, you are at the end of the island so you are a bit of a walk from the main town and street. This is especially tougher when it's high tide and you need to walk up the hill vs on the beach!

Great location, all the staff from the day we stay till check out was very helpful and amazing.. Very honest staff, as I left my gold ring and they kept for me and updated. Me and my wife really had great time and surely recommend to our friends and family.

Water pressure shower very bad and suggested to ome of staff to consider installimg pump so it will add on some pressure...r

The view from our room and the general location at the tip of the island surrounded by gorgeous gardens and panoramic views of the sea. The rustic Thai style architecture of the bungalows was lovely . The little infinity pool was well worth the extra cost , couldn’t imagine being without it , because it’s a fair way to the sea.

The stairs are many and steep and a bit rickety in places , but I still booked this place knowing that because I felt the other aspects of the resort were worth it

The villa was very beautiful with an extraordinary view. The room was clean and spacious. It was made of wood and I felt closer to nature as there were lush green trees and ocean view from every part of the room. The staff was very polite and prompt. Loved the way everyone greeted everytime they met us. Also, the entire property is very pretty with a nice beach side cafe. I had all my meals from the cafe, all the veg and non veg dishes were delicious. If you want to experience and different kind of stay other than usual hotels and want to enjoy peace do choose this property.

The private beach of the property is small and is shared by 10 moons resort but its clean and one can swim or go snorkeling or get a massage. The gear is provided free of cost by the serendipity resort.

The property is fantastic with amazing views. It could use some updating at least in the room we were in. But overall, a very beautiful island experience. The staff were all beyond amazing! Very friendly, helpful and just a joy to talk to.

Our room overall was good. The shower pan was settling and didn’t drain well and shower heads were quite rusty and corroded. The steps are a little shaky in areas so I’d not recommend to older guests.

The location was fantastic and it was lovely having your own pool looking at the beautiful view. The beach out front was stunning and clean

The breakfast served in your room wasn’t too great as it was too hot and no shade to eat it outside and not really a table to sit and eat at in the room which was a bit awkward. Also the timing of food with the bread sometimes was not at same time so your eggs would be cold by the time the bread came. Not much space or sun to lie down on the beach

The room had everything one needed. The view is spectacular. The breakfast is good, divers and is served in your room. The beach is amazing. The hotels lets you use their kayaks and snorkel gear for free. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Only two things: 1) the wooden floors in our room were very slippery. We almost fell a few times. Maybe they had just polished them? 2) we had to walk a lot of stairs to get to our room. But that’s the price you pay for having a beautiful view ; )
