Great location in distance from the old town, castle and main square. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of storage space and plug sockets, the bathroom was brand new. The reception staff were very friendly and professional. I would definitely stay again.

There is a busy tram stop at the front of the building. They do stop running at about 11pm, but start up again at around 4:30am. This does disturb sleep, so I would advise taking ear plugs! We didn’t spend much time in the hotel room, but the noise would impact your stay if you aren’t planning on being out and about much.

Only 15 min to city centre by walk Surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants Big room Kettle and complimentary tea & coffee replenished every day Easy check-in instructions!

If you’re a light sleeper- there’s constant noise from the tram line outside. The doors/walls aren’t well insulated so you can hear everything that happens in the corridor too.

It was our second stay at the hotel — the first experience was great in a spacious room for 3 people, which made us excited to return. This time, we were assigned a standard room for 2 (room No. 35), and unfortunately it didn’t meet the same expectations. The room was very noisy due to nearby trams — keeping the window open at night made it hard to sleep. Closing the windows helped with the noise but made the room stuffy and hot, even though it was only April with outdoor temps around 15–20°C. The room has no air conditioning, so we can imagine it being quite uncomfortable during summer months. There was a noticeable smell coming from the bathroom, and the ventilation system was loud and ran for hours, which was distracting.

+ Super friendly administrator; let us leave luggage after check-out. + Convenient check-in process even after reception closes at 10 pm. + Great location — just 5 min walk from the train station. + Spacious and comfortable room for 3 people, with plenty of space for us and luggage. + Excellent shower with strong water pressure.

You can hear noise from trams, but we were tired and didn't listen to it too much.

November 2023

I had a tripple room on the 3rd floor. The location was good. About a 7 minute walk to the main square. The room I had was basic no extra comfortersor pillows availablein the wardrobe, the bathroom had been updated recently which was nice, had basic shower gel in the shower and hand soap by the sink. The hairdryer was located in here under the sink. The curtains actually kept out the sunlight when we pulled them. Close to some popular bars and restaurants.

During check in to a tripple room we were given one physical key to the door. They don't use key cards. It was inconvenient with 3 of us with different schedules. We did eventually ask for another key which we didn't think would be available but it would have been nice to be handed 2 upon arrival. The pillows were very flat and there was no spare ones, I didn't ask for more but there wasn't any in the room. You can also hear the trams.

Comfortable clean beds, with nice duvets and pillows. Modern bathroom with lots of hot water. Nice warm rooms with radiators on permanently, which the temperature could be adjusted. Excellent breakfast included at a nearby cafe. Central location between the Jewish Quater and the Old Town. Friendly helpful staff. Great value

The building is directly on the main road and you can hear the trams rattling past, so a bit noisy. This personally doesn't bother me, but some people may not like it. The furniture/carpets are a bit tired, but for the price I didn't have an issue with that.

Accommodation was extremely central. Trams, buses just outside the door, with easy connections. Convenience shops and cafes are really close by. Excellent location as within walking distance to many sites. Large, modern shower with clean towels, though somewhat threadbare. The receptionists are helpful, but they close at 10pm. Emails were answered promptly before we arrived. Lift is available to upper floors. It is small and old fashioned but it does its job. We were out most of the day, so the facilities were satisfactory for us.

The carpets were a bit old and dirty. No fridge. The building is old-fashioned but our room was spacious. Beds were not made up properly, but towels were replaced daily.

The location of this hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and about a 20 minute walk to the river. The pick up point for trips through hello cracow was just at the end of tge street. The Apartment was clean and tidy. Towels provided for taking a shower.

Few stains in carpet and on walls but wouldn't put us off booking here again.

June 2023

it was a super convenient location, room was clean with hair dryer and kettle, beds were comfy. Short walk to the Old Town, Tram stop junctions right outside hotel, plenty of places to eat and convenience stores

Our room was in the front corner and the trams & road traffic were noisy, but after the first night I’ve got used to it. Had an issues with the room key one evening and couldn’t get in but staff were on duty and was provided with a ‘staff’ card to use instead. another night the card wouldn’t work on the door and we called the hotel number as it was after staffed hours fortunately another hotel occupant came along although we didn’t speak the same language we were able to converse and they also phoned and explained the situation to the on call manager and some came out after about 30mins and we were reissued a new key
